Responsibility claim for some arsons of the past weeks in Berlin
On April 8th, 2014 we torched a vehicle of the municipal regulatory authority, and the car of a security company, near the main railway station in Berlin.
Berlin’s municipal regulatory authorities are being tasked by the normal cops to persecute administrative offenses and to keep their eyes and ears open in the everyday life of the metropolis. Small, lousy snoopers equipped with radio transmitter and pepper spray. They work, just like the cops, together with private security companies. At the main railway station, they share a parking lot designated for officials with a security firm right next to a police station.
We also take responsibility for the arson at an embassy vehicle belonging to a Greek female diplomat, on April 24th in Berlin’s district Dahlem, which is filled with villas.
Diplomatic representatives of a State are exactly the right address for fiery mailings; this rubs away their feeling of superiority and invulnerability, same as it happened recently with the German ambassador in Athens, when shots were fired at his house. The State itself is the problem, something which many fighters of sectional struggles do not take into consideration. Nazis are State; armament and nuclear technology are State; climate change and poverty are also State.
With our action we negate the State’s monopoly on violence.
Germany takes a position which promotes repression in regard to the situation of migration policies in Greece. It’s not enough for the German politics that a majority of the refugees who arrive in Greece end up in concentration camps and that they are hunted and killed by Nazis, with or without uniform. The German politicians consider the few ones, who manage to cross the Greek border alive, as a threat to their rich white world. So, for example, the former German Minister of the Interior, Friedrich, demands stronger border controls and tougher action against those who, because of their home’s exploitation by Western societies, are forced to escape war, hunger and repression. The practical support of this mass murder that takes place at European borders is visible to everyone when Germany’s detectives of the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) are stationed in Greek airports, in order to pass their knowledge in Racial Profiling on to their Greek colleagues. The German governmental apparatus has supported the murders at European borders not only by sending personnel but also by pressing towards agreements at the European level, such as the Dublin II regulation.
On August 10th, 2013 a riot broke out in Amygdaleza, a concentration camp which is located 25km north of Athens, where migrants are held captive by the Greek State. The prisoners set their mattresses and cells on fire to protest against the conditions in the camp, guards were attacked, and many migrants tried to break out of the prison —about ten prisoners temporarily escaped.

We greet the prisoners Andreas-Dimitris Bourzoukos, Dimitris Politis, Yannis Michailidis, Nikos Romanos, who were arrested on February 1st, 2013, accused of double robbery in Velventos, Kozani.
Our solidarity also goes out to Fivos Harisis, Argyris Ntalios, Yannis Naxakis and Grigoris Sarafoudis, who were arrested for the same case[2] in Nea Filadelfeia, Athens.

Autonomous Cell “Christos Kassimis”
Christos Kassimis [member of the Revolutionary People’s Struggle (ELA)] was killed by cops in Athens, during an attempted attack on the German company AEG on the 20th of October 1977. The action was in response to the murder of prisoners [three members of the RAF] in Stammheim.

Erklärung zu einigen Brandstiftungen der letzen Wochen in Berlin.
Am 8.April verbrannten wir in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof in Berlin ein Fahrzeug vom Ordnungsamt und das Auto einer Sicherheitsfirma.
Die Berliner Ordnungsämter sind den normalen Bullen vorgeschaltet um Ordnungswidrigkeiten zu verfolgen und im Alltag der Metropole Augen und Ohren offen zuhalten. Kleine, miese Schnüffler mit Funkgerät und Pfefferspray. Sie arbeiten, genau wie die Bullen, mit privaten Wachschutzfirmen zusammen. Am Hauptbahnhof teilen sie sich mit einer Sicherheitsfirma einen Behördenparkplatz direkt neben einer Wache.
Ebenfalls übernehmen wir die Verantwortung für die Brandstiftung an einem Botschaftsfahrzeug einer griechischen Diplomatin im Villenviertel Berlin-Dahlem am 24.April.
Diplomatische Vertreter eines Staates sind genau die richtige Adresse für feurige Sendungen, es kratzt an ihrem Gefühl der Überlegenheit und Unverwundbarkeit, sowie beim deutschen Botschafter in Athen, auf dessen Haus kürzlich geschossen wurde. Der Staat an sich ist das Problem, welches von vielen TeilbereichskämpferInnen nicht beachtet wird. Nazis sind Staat, Rüstungs- und Atomtechnologie sind Staat, Klimawandel und Armut sind auch Staat.
Mit unserer Aktion leugnen wir das Gewaltmonopol des Staates.
Deutschland nimmt in der Flüchtlingspolitischen Lage in Griechenland eine repressionsfördernde Stellung ein. Es reicht der deutschen Politik nicht aus, dass ein Grossteil der Flüchtlinge, die in Griechenland ankommen in Lagern landen, von Nazis, mit oder ohne Uniform, gejagt und getötet werden. Die deutschen PolitikerInnen sehen in den Wenigen die es lebend schaffen die griechische Grenze zu überqueren eine Gefahr für ihre reiche weisse Welt. So fordert der ehemalige deutsche Innenminister Friedrich stärkere Grenzkontrollen und ein härteres Vorgehen gegen die, die aufgrund von Ausbeutung ihrer Heimat durch westliche Gesellschaften die Flucht vor Krieg, Hunger und Repression, ergreifen müssen. Die praktische Unterstützung dieses Massenmordes, welcher an Europas Grenzen stattfindet, ist für jeden sichtbar, wenn Deutschland Kriminalbeamte des BKA an griechischen Flughäfen stationiert, um den griechischen KollegeInnen ihr Wissen in Racial Profiling weiterzugeben. Nicht nur personell unterstützt der deutsche Regierungsapparat das Morden an Europas Grenzen, auch durch das Vordrängen auf europäischer Ebene von Verträgen, wie das Dublin II Abkommen.
Am 10. August 2013 kam es zu einem Aufstand in Amygdaleza, einem Lager, welches 25 km nördlich von Athen liegt, in dem MigrantInnen vom griechischen Staat gefangengehalten werden. Dabei setzten die Gefangenen aus Protest gegen die Bedingungen im Lager ihre Matratzen und Zellen in Brand, es wurden Wärter angegriffen, viele versuchten den Ausbruch, was etwa zehn Gefangenen vorübergehend gelang.

Wir grüssen die Gefangenen Andreas Dimitris Bourzoukos, Dimitris Politis, Yannis Michailidis, Nikos Romanos, die am 1. Februar 2013 wegen dem Vorwurf des doppelten Banküberfalls in Velvento / Kozani festgenommen wurden.
Unsere Solidarität gilt auch Fivos Charisis, Argiris Ntalios, Yannis Naxakis und Grigoris Sarafoudis, die wegen dem selben Fall in Nea Filadelfia (Athen) festgenommen wurden.

Rivendicazione di alcuni incendi accaduti nelle scorse settimane a Berlino
Giorno 8 Aprile 2014 abbiamo incendiato un veicolo dell’autorità del controllo municipale, e un’auto di una compagnia di sicurezza, vicino la stazione centrale a Berlino.
L’autorità di controllo municipale ha avuto il compito dalla polizia di perseguire i reati amministrativi e tenere gli occhi aperti nella vita quotidiana della metropoli. Piccoli, schifosi spioni equipaggiati con radiotrasmittenti e spray al peperoncino. Lavorano, cosi come i poliziotti, insieme alle compagnie di sicurezza privata. Presso la stazione centrale, condividono il parcheggio dedicato agli agenti con una compagnia di sicurezza privata proprio vicino alla caserma.
Rivendichiamo inoltre l’incendio di un veicolo diplomatico di una diplomatica greca, il 24 Aprile nel quartiere berlinese Dahlem, pieno di ville.
Le rappresentative diplomatiche degli stati sono esattamente l’indirizzo giusto per attacchi furiosi; questo spazza via il loro atteggiamento di superiorità e invulnerabilità, cosi come è accaduto recentemente con l’ambasciatore tedesco ad Atene, la cui casa è stata colpita con armi da fuoco. Lo stato stesso è il problema, cosa che molti combattenti di lotte selettive non prendono in considerazione. I nazi sono lo Stato; gli armamenti e la tecnologia nucleare sono lo Stato; i cambiamenti climatici e la povertà sono anche lo Stato.
Con la nostra azione neghiamo il monopolio statale della violenza.
La Germania ha una posizione che promuove la repressione riguardo alla situazione delle politiche di immigrazione in Grecia. Non è abbastanza per la politica tedesca che la maggioranza dei rifugiati che arriva in Grecia finisca in campi di concentramento, inseguiti e uccisi dai nazi, con o senza uniforme. I politici tedeschi considerano i pochi che riescono a superare vivi il confine greco come una minaccia per il loro ricco mondo bianco. Cosi, per esempio, l’ex ministro degli interni tedesco, Friedrich, ha chiesto controlli di frontiera più rigorosi e azioni più dure contro chi, a causa dello sfruttamento occidentale dei propri paesi, è costretto a scappare da guerra, fame e repressione. Il supporto pratico a questo omicidio di massa che avviene nei confini europei è visibile a tutti quando gli ispettori tedeschi della Polizia Criminale Federale stazionano negli aeroporti greci, al fine di trasmettere le proprie competenze nel profiling razziale ai loro colleghi greci. L’apparato governativo tedesco ha supportato gli omicidi nei confini europei non solo mandando personale ma anche facendo pressione verso accordi a livello europeo, come il regolamento Dublino II.
Il 10 Agosto 2013 una rivolta è scoppiata a Amygdaleza, un campo di concentramento sito a 25 km a nord di Atene, dove i migranti sono imprigionati dallo stato greco. I prigionieri hanno incendiati materassi e celle per protestare contro le condizioni del campo, le guardie sono state attaccate e molti migranti sono riusciti a fuggire – circa in dieci.
