On 30/4 around 3pm in the area of Nea Filadelfia I am arrested and summarily transferred to the 12th floor (anti-terrorist office) of GADA (police hq), together with four comrades.
There began the known procedures (dna/fingerprints), without any approval of ours, this known as well.
Late at night the announce to me that I am charged with harbouring a fugitive, resisting arrest and false testimony.
The next morning, they announce to me that upon these charges is added also that of criminal organization intending to carry out robberies, without however there being a specific robbery this alleged organization is charged of. Also, along with the above indictment they inform me that I, personally, am accused of a bank robbery in Filota Florina as well as one more robbery in Pirgetos Larissa, based on some kind of dna identification, without giving me the identification report.
From there on, because the case of the Filota robbery is in the hands of special appeals interrogator Nikopoulos,
because of an alleged revolutionary fund, my charges are enriched with those of participation in a terrorist organization and more specifically the Conspiracy Cells of Fire. At this point I want to clarify that I denied the charges attributed to me, and I was never part of the CCF.
As an anarchist stand, revolutionary, in solidarity to the action and contribution of the CCF, as well as the anarchist revolutionaries who have taken the political responsibility for the organization and its action,
as well as the anarchists who have been accused over time, for the same organization, denying however their participation. Finally, making a short look back in the recent past, we can easily observe that dozens of anarchist comrades have been accused
of participation in the revolutionary organization CCF, denying however,
their participation while the members do the same, (because of political disagreements from both sides -always at the level of co-complementarity of the anarchist movement and not the rupture between us- ).
first of all because it suits the legal system, in order to burden anarchist comrades more,
giving an aroma of “terrorism” to each case and secondly because it best serves the state mechanism,
when every “violent” action is homogenized under the umbrella of the CCF, (a very specific revolutionary organization,
with dynamic action inside and outside the walls) in order to not have a possibility of self-definition of each anarchist
and revelation of the multiform dialectic and imperatives inside the anarchist movement.

Update on the arrests of comrades in Nea Philadelphia on 30/4 – Athens

Of the six originally arrested, four comrades are no held on remand in Koridallos prisons.
More specifically the two comrades (Argiris Dalios and Fivos Harisis) have been imprisoned because of the arrest warrants which had been published after the double robbery in Velvendo Kozani based on DNA samples. The third comrade has been imprisoned for a robbery in Filota again based on DNA samples. All 3 mentioned above have been imprisoned by a special appeals prosecutor in the frames of a terrorist organization.
The fourth comrade has been imprisoned by a normal appeals prosecutor for a robbery in the frames of a terrorist organization. This was also based on a DNA sample.
The fifth comrade (Dimitrias Hadjivasiliadis) was released because of no evidence.
The sixth comrade was simply detained and released after a short while.
