With these few lines, we announce the horrible news of the death on September 26th, 2013 of Damiano Corrias, at the age of 31; he was one of the kids from Spoleto arrested on October 23rd, 2007 during the so called Operation Brushwood, accused of terrorism.
Now is not the time for conspiracy theories, or, even worse, esotericisms (it is the second death, after that of Fabrizio Reali*, out of the five young men arrested). Despite being the day of his death and, what’s more, during these terrible hours, we raise our curse to the sky against his pursuers; against the carabinieri of the ROS, under the leadership of the chief general Giampaolo Ganzer, who used to sell guns and drugs. Against the ex-president of Umbria, Maria Rita Lorenzetti, who spent a couple of weeks under house arrest due to charges of corruption.
Against the foppish dandy of Perugia, the public prosecutor who signs anything that the ROS command, typographical errors such as: “the doctoress Comodi.” The beast of Perugia, who requested 6 years of imprisonment for Damiano, for painting a wall!
And, even so, he did not surrender.
He DJ’d all the mountain parties organized by the anarchists in Spoleto, along with many other more or less political raves.
The last time he hit the streets was on June 23rd, 2012, during the demo in solidarity with the anarchists arrested in Operation Boldness (Ardire), writing wonderful slogans on the walls throughout that night. Damiano and Fabrizio assassinated; in what sense?
Of course we do not yet have evidence of an assassination, at least in the sense that is understood by the bosses of repression and their expert technicians. But it’s obviously a voluntary murder by those who would destroy a life only because someone dared to protest with paint against a representative of the regime. We’d like to reflect on the very beautiful words of Damiano’s brother at his funeral: “I want to believe that your heart stopped because of too much joy, and not because of all the pain that you’ve experienced throughout your life.” But let’s not forget “the lies of a justice that is strong before the weak, and weak before the strong.” The same justice, in our words, which on the same day as Damiano’s funeral released Lorenzetti after a couple of weeks under house arrest. You are convicted of corruption = a few days under house arrest; you write on a wall against those corrupt politicians = 6 years imprisoned. This is your justice!
This is why, wanting to believe that his heart stopped because of too much joy and not because of too much pain, we cannot help considering all those thugs as murderers, those who arrested him just because of protesting with paint against the established power. Damiano’s and Fabrizio’s deaths were political homicides in the highest sense of the word “political,” the sense that Comodi has spent years putting into practice her intent to destroy the whole anarchist movement. To kill it.
We’ll stop here, for now. We’ll leave it to the readers’ intelligence to assess whether Manuela Comodi fights only “crimes” and, in reality, she really does love some aspects of the anarchist philosophy –as she claims–, or is she rather a war machine that wants to destroy anyone who rebels against the evil State, even if just with a spray can.

* Three weeks after his arrest, Fabrizio was released. Comodi did not have any evidence to request a trial. That said, she did not file it away into the archives and, for many years, the lawyers requested the formalization of the filing in order to ask the bastards of the public prosecutor’s office in Perugia for compensation. Nevertheless, there were no results. Finally, Fabrizio died on June 23rd, 2010. He loved alcohol and, at the age of 40, an intestinal complication took his life.

Con estas pocas líneas damos la horrible noticia de la muerte el 26 de septiembre, a los 31 años, de Damiano Corrias, uno de los 5 chavales de Spoleto arrestados el 23 de octubre de 2007 en la llamada Operación Brushwood, acusado de terrorismo.
No es el momento de caer en complotismos o, peor aún, en esoterismos (es el segundo muerto, después de Fabrizio Reali*, de los 5 jóvenes arrestados). Aun siendo el día de su muerte y, aún más, en estas horas nefastas, queremos alzar al cielo nuestra maldición contra sus perseguidores. Contra los carabinieri del ROS, guiados por el generalísimo Giampaolo Ganzer, que vendía metralleta y drogas. Contra la ex presidenta de Umbría, Maria Rita Lorenzetti, que pasó un par de semanas en arresto domiciliario por corrupción.
Contra la petimetra de Perugia, la fiscal que firma todo lo que los ROS le ordena, errores tipográficos como: la doctora Comodi. La fiera de Perugia, que solicitó 6 años de prisión contra Damiano ¡por pintadas en un muro!
Y, aun así, no se doblegó.
Era el dj de todas las fiestas en la montaña organizadas por lxs anarquistas de Spoleto. Y de muchas raves, más o menos, políticas.
La última vez que se echó a la calle fue el 23 de junio de 2012, en la concentración de solidaridad con lxs anarquistas arrestadxs por la Operación Osadía, pintando esa noche bellísimas consignas en los muros. En la cara de Comodi. Estamos segurxs de que, desde la tumba, le está levantando el dedo corazón.

Damiano y Fabrizio asesinados, en qué sentido
Claro que no tenemos, aún, las pruebas de un asesinato en el sentido en que lo entienden los mandamases de la represión y sus expertos técnicos, pero evidentemente la voluntad homicida de los que destruyen una vida solo porque ha osado contestar con pintura a un representante del régimen. Queremos tomar las bellísimas palabras del hermano de Damiano en el funeral: “Quiero pensar que tu corazón se paró por toda la alegría y no por todo el dolor que has vivido en esta vida”. Pero sin olvidar “las mentiras de una justicia fuerte con lxs débiles y débil con los fuertes”. La misma justicia que, esto lo decimos nosotrxs, el día del funeral de Damiano liberaba a Lorenzetti después de pocas semanas de arresto domiciliario. Eres una corrupta = unos días de domiciliario, escribes en un muro contra estos políticos corruptos = 6 años de cárcel. ¡Esta es vuestra justicia!
Por eso y queriendo pensar que su corazón se paró por toda la alegría y no por todo el dolor, no podemos no considerar asesinos a los esbirros que arrestaron solo porque contestaste con pintura al poder constituido. Los de Damiano y Fabrizio fueron asesinatos políticos en el sentido más alto de la palabra “política”. En el sentido de que Comodi lleva años poniendo en práctica el intento continuo de destruir el movimiento anarquista entero. De matarlo.
Nos detenemos aquí, por ahora. Dejamos a la inteligencia de lxs lectorxs evaluar si Manuela Comodi combate solo los “delitos” y, en realidad ama también algunos de los aspectos de la filosofía anarquista*, como sostiene, o si más bien es una máquina de guerra que quiere destruir a todx aquel/lla que se rebela en contra del Estado maléfico, aunque sea solo con un aerosol.

* Tres semanas después del arresto, Fabrizio fue liberado. Comodi no tenía ninguna prueba para solicitar el envío a juicio. Aun así, no lo archivó y, durante años lxs abogadxs solicitaron la formalización de la archivación, para poder solicitar a los cabrones de la fiscalía de Perugia el resarcimiento, pero no hubo resultados. Al final, Fabrizio murió el 23 de junio de 2010. Amaba el alcohol y, a los 40 años, se lo llevó una complicación intestinal.
