Clément Duval nasce nella regione della Sarthe, in Francia, nel 1850. Il 17 ottobre 1886 viene arrestato a Parigi. Nel corso dell’arresto colpisce con diversi colpi di coltello l’ispettore Rossignol. Il 12 gennaio è condannato a morte dalla Corte d’assise.

What follows is a series of events directly leading up to and during what has come to be known as the ‘Marini trial’. It in no way encompasses all the acts of rebellion or the response of the forces of repression involving anarchists and rebels in Italy during the period covered.
Some events which came to be attributed to anarchists took place in years far preceding 1994. They were then inserted into the ‘theorem’ and phantom organisation, the ‘O.R.A.I.’ so dear to public prosecutor Marini, who took many years and great pains to ensure that the comrades accused would spend centuries behind bars. As this website develops, the whole incredible picture should emerge for comrades to see and draw their own conclusions.

Animal Liberation Through Direct Action – (Date of publication unknown, likely 1998. Country of origin unknown, likely England)
Animal Liberation Through Direct Action was one of the better primers available in the 1990s. Designed for activists who had never before participated in illegal actions, the pamphlet discusses the basic security, surveillance, and planning necessary to carry out liberations and economic sabotage. It also includes a brief history of the movement, a first hand account of a mink farm raid, and statements from various ALF cells.

Io ho un carattere socievole e mi piace ridere e scherzare. Odio la volgarità, la prepotenza e l’ipocrisia.
Dopo tanti anni di galera, ho acquisito la tendenza a rinchiudermi in me stesso per coltivare i miei sogni, i miei progetti, le mie speranze. Insomma, sono diventato un po’ “orso”, ma appena ho a che fare con persone vive e leali, mi apro completamente. Non è facile sopravvivere in queste paludi d’opportunismo e rassegnazione riuscendo a salvaguardare la propria personalità. Ci si riesce a condizione d’ergere steccati immaginari tra se e gli altri, tra se e l’ambiente.
Io credo d’essere riuscito a mantenermi integro e ci sono riuscito perché ho avuto la fortuna di vivere rapporti intensissimi con compagni e compagne che, da fuori, non mi hanno mai fatto mancare la loro amicizia, il loro affetto, il loro amore.

Tutti abbiamo bisogno di raggiungere uno scopo. Ci affanniamo per questo e ci diamo continuamente obiettivi da raggiungere.
Quello che sta lontano da noi ci angustia, quando non ci preoccupa nel senso pieno del termine, quindi vogliamo raggiungerlo, se non altro allo scopo di possederlo, e quindi di controllarlo. Ogni viaggio è un modo di fuggire alle proprie paure.

EDITORIAL DEL LLAR Nº 28 SOBRE EL DESALOJO DEL CSA DE XIXÓN (1998)
A estas alturas , muchos de vosotros ya tendréis noticia del desalojo del Centro Social Anarquista de Xixón por parte de varios aguerridos militantes de CNT de esta ciudad.Vamos a proceder a explicar un poco el tema.
El CSA es un local situado en los bajos del antiguo edificio del sindicato vertical de Xixón. La propiedad del solar es reivindicada por CNT como patrimonio histórico, aunque en el edificio se encuentran también los locales de CNT, CGT, CSI, CCOO y hasta una oficina del INEM.
El local del CSA fue ocupado por la CNT – Xixón (con ayuda también de mucha gente que confió en ellos y a la que ahora da la espalda) tras el cierre del bar que alli se encontraba.Tras mucho tiempo con los locales cerrados e inutilizados, CNT- Xixón cedió la gestión de los mismos hace 5 años a la constituida asamblea del CSA, en base a un proyecto que esta misma presentó. Aunque en principio algunos militantes de CNT participaban de la asamblea, con el paso del tiempo se fueron desvinculando de la misma, así como de la gestión del local, al que acudían (las escasas veces que lo hacían) a fiscalizar las actividades, o se dirigían a el de manera epistolar (por carta).
