El 21 de enero de 2014, tuvo lugar el segundo juicio al que se enfrentaban lxs arrestadxs de la okupa DELTA, acusadxs de alteración del orden público y de daños graves por la cuantía de 3,5 millones de euros. Lxs 6 procesadxs quedaron absueltxs de todos los cargos.

Delta squat, in Thessaloniki, was violently evicted on the 12th of September 2012. In the subsequent trial-farce, ten arrested comrades received suspended sentences and were ordered to pay fines (7,950 euros in total). One of the arrestees, anarchist immigrant Gustavo Quiroga, remained incarcerated and was even deported to Colombia on the 4th of November.

On January 21st, 2014, comrades arrested during the eviction of Delta squat in Thessaloniki underwent a second trial on charges of disturbing domestic peace and causing aggravated damages of 3.5 million euros. All of the six comrades were acquitted of charges.
