Repressione | Nocività – Sentenza per il processo italiano contro Silvia, Billy e Costa
SENTENZA PROCESSO SILVIA BILLY COSTA
Questa mattina presso il Tribunale di Torino c’è stata la lettura della sentenza per Silvia, Billy e Costa, già condannati in Svizzera per possesso, trasporto e ricettazione di esplosivo per il tentativo di attacco al centro di ricerche nano-tecnologiche IBM a Zurigo a firma Earth Liberation Front Switzerland. Il processo elvetico si concluse con la condanna tra i tre anni e quattro mesi e tre anni e otto mesi.
La procura di Torino, imbastendo un caso tutto italiano, aveva chiesto pene fino a 5 anni e 6 mesi per i medesimi reati. Il tribunale si è espresso con l’improcedibilità per il “Ne bis in idem”, non poter condannare per lo stesso reato, quindi il non dover procedere per difetto di giurisdizione.

Hambach Forest: Solidarity to imprisoned Sarah and Huba (Germany)
After the courtcase of LAUtonomia activist Sarah on the 22 of March at the court district of Cottbus our compa Huba got arrested. Sarah was released and got arrested straight away again for something else but we do not have the info on why and for what. Sarah was in jail for a month for not giving ID after getting caught shoplifting. When leaving the courtroom civil cops and the screws hold Huba at the door and confronted him with a warrant for his arrest. The same day he saw a judge in Cottbuss. He came as a spectator for the court case and left in hand-cuffs.

We set fire to several trucks on a Vinci construction site.
We wanted to kick start a fire.
To have fun together,
to not go where we were expected.
It was great.
A fire in winter is warming.
