On July 17th, 2014, the Koridallos prison court in Athens found anarchists Grigoris Sarafoudis and Yannis Naxakis guilty, and convicted both of them to:
– 10 years for robbery with concealed physical characteristics,
– 6 years for participation in a terrorist organization (i.e. they were sentenced for alleged membership in the CCF),
– 5 years for aggravated car theft,
– 2 years for simple possession of firearms.
The aggregate sentence against each comrade is 16 years imprisonment.

Παρέμβαση αλληλεγγύης πραγματοποιήθηκε στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια στον Επαναστατικό Αγώνα καθώς και στους αντάρτες πόλης Ν. Μαζιώτη, Π. Ρούπα, μέλη του Επαναστατικού Αγώνα.
Μπήκαν πανό σε αερογέφυρες στην εθνική οδό καθώς και στην κεντρική πλατεία της περιοχής. Γράφτηκαν συνθήματα στήριξης στον Επαναστατικό Αγώνα. Πραγματοποιήθηκε και αφισοκόλληση σε όλη την περιοχή.

A finales de Abril del 2013 fueron detenidos en el barrio de Nea Filadelfia por la policía antiterrorista 4 anarquistas: Dalios Argyris, Harisis Fivos, Yannis Naxakis y Grigoris Sarafoudis. La cacería represiva, no es más que la continuación de las detenciones en Febrero del 2014 de 4 compañeros anarquistas acusados del doble asalto en la localidad de Velvedo. (Giannis Mihailidis, Dimitros Politis, Nikos Romanos y Andreas Bourzoukos),
La acusación contra Yannis Naxakis y Grigoris Sarafoudis se centro en la supuesta participación de un asalto en la localidad de Filota y de otro asalto bancario en Pyrgeto, debido a que la causa se cruza con la llevada adelante por el juez instructor Nikopoulos quien lleva los procesos contra la CCF, se le añaden cargos de pertenencia a organización terrorista.
Basados en absurdos jurídicos y forzosas comparaciones de pruebas de ADN, se los involucra en los asaltos bancarios y en “casas de seguridad” de los compañeros de las CCF.
Finalmente el 17 de Julio del 2014, en el tribunal de justicia al interior de la cárcel de Koridallos el poder los condena a cada uno por:
-10 años de prisión por robo a mano armada
– 6 años por participar en una “organización terrorista” ( supuesta participación en la Conspiración de Células del Fuego)
– 5 años por robar un coche
– 2 años por posesión de armas

In the terror court 17.7.14 for the robbery in Pyrgeto: Guilty, because they are anarchists!
Prosecutor : Trying the case of the robbery in Pyrgeto, Larissas, surpassed all limits and threw away every pretence in the Korydallos terror court. While he admitted during the hearing that there was no evidence of guilt concerning the accused comrades Grigoris Sarafoudis and Giannis Naxakis, because anyway guilt was implied in the indictment “You cannot ignore the fact that the defendants are related to the anti-authoritarian, anarchist movement”!
The TERROR COURT rejected the request for attenuating Grigoris Sarafoudis and imposed the same sentence as Giannis Naxakis with the following sentences:
– 10 years for robbery
– 6 years for participation in a terrorist organization (C.C.F.)
– 5 years for stealing a car
– 2 years for possession of guns.
After the merger, a total of 16 years imprisonment for each.
Corte del terrore 17.7.14, sulla rapina di Pyrgeto: colpevoli, perché sono anarchici!
Il pubblico ministero: nelle accuse per il caso della rapina in Pyrgeto, Larissas, ha superato tutti i limiti e detto molte falsità nella corte del terrore di Korydallos.
Nonostante abbia ammesso lui stesso durante l’udienza che non vi era alcuna prova di colpevolezza contro gli accusati Grigoris Sarafoudis e Giannis Naxakis, in ogni caso la colpa era implicita nell’atto di accusa “Non si può ignorare il fatto che gli imputati sono legati al movimento anarchico anti-autoritario,”!
Sentenza: PER I COMBATTENTI ANARCHICI GRIGORIS SARAFOUDIS E GIANNIS NAXAKIS 16 anni di carcere.
La CORTE DEL TERRORE ha respinto la richiesta di attenuanti a Grigoris Sarafoudis e gli ha imposto la stessa sentenza di Giannis Naxakis:
– 10 anni per rapina –
Sei anni per la partecipazione a un’organizzazione terroristica (CCF)
– 5 anni per furto d’auto – 2 anni per possesso delle pistole.
In tutto un totale di 16 anni di detenzione per ciascuno.
