On the morning of November 1st we were moving around in the area of Pagkrati in order to act in the framework of the campaign for international solidarity the organization had decided together with comrade and brother P.Argirou. Prima di iniziare a descrivere il funzionamento di questa prigione (in Germania ogni prigione ha delle proprie norme di funzionamento interno, sono per così dire “autonome”), devo segnalare che, a differenza di altri paesi europei, le loro presunte attività e i loro presunti “diritti” dipendono in tutto e per tutto dal Tribunale e dal Giudice Istruttore che comunica all’Amministrazione Penitenziaria il tipo di regime di vita da condurre (speciale o normale), come devono funzionare le comunicazioni (se le visite sono ordinarie o speciali) e, ovviamente, la corrispondenza (che in caso di carcerazione preventiva è censurata sistematicamente non essendo permesso al prigioniero di menzionare i motivi per cui è in carcere).

The anarchist prisoners Eat and Billy are comrades of the Long-Live Luciano Tortuga Cell / Informal Anarchist Federation, Indonesia Section, who are currently in prison before trial, having taken responsibility for setting fire to a BRI ATM bank in Yogyakarta on 7th of October ’11, by causing an explosion. The action was declared in solidarity with Luciano Tortuga, injured anarchist combatant of Chile, with revolutionary prisoners and fighters in Indonesia and across the world, in complicity with the international clash with capitalism and hierarchy.

In a period of intensification of class conflict, the state—through a methodically conducted police, judicial, and media operation beginning directly after my arrest on the afternoon of May 3, 2010—has managed to turn me into a hostage. Alternately comical and scientific, the set-up as well as the handling of my “case” makes this criminal prosecution feel twice as exemplary.
