On January 15th, 2014, at yet another hearing in the Thessaloniki courts, judges examined the motion of Babis Tsilianidis for interruption of serving sentence until his appeal trial on the case of robbery in the accounting department of the AHEPA hospital. His motion was dismissed. The comrade is incarcerated in the 4th wing of Koridallos men’s prison in Athens.

Αίτηση διακοπής ποινής του αναρχικού Μπάμπη Τσιλιανίδη (ενημέρωση)

Στις 15 Ιανουαρίου εξετάστηκε η αίτηση διακοπής ποινής του αναρχικού Μπάμπη Τσιλιανίδη (αίτηση για αποφυλάκιση του συντρόφου μέχρι την εκδίκαση του εφετείου για την υπόθεση της ληστείας στο ΑΧΕΠΑ). Η αίτηση απορρίφθηκε κι ο σύντροφος συνεχίζει να βρίσκεται έγκλειστος στη Δ’ Πτέρυγα των φυλακών Κορυδαλλού.
