In mid-January, the panicked State initiated operation “pliers”. Within a situation of raiding the houses of anarchists, who are part of the radical anarchist movement, the state once again found the chance to target Anarchist Squat Nadir and its circles. More than 10 searches in comrades’ houses from various kinds of cops (anti-terrorist squad, o.p.k.e., agency for the safety of the polity) took place. The pretexts for the invasions were phone calls, supposedly made by a known-unknown snitch, who described the houses of our comrades as alleged storages of weapons, explosives and hideouts of the urban guerrilla Christodoulos Ksiros. Abductions from courthouses and universities, bullying of their families, thorough investigations, interrogations and threats from hooded men, spectacular transfers from fully armed cops to the courthouse. Obviously, the targeting of our comrades has to do with our political activity on anarcho-nihilism, illegalism, the solidarity to urban guerrillas and militant anti-fascism.Besides, since the day Christodoulos Ksiros left prison, the media are creating suspects and at the same time creating a conspiracy by connecting legal and illegal struggle. There are no half truths in the media. Only the whole lies of the State. The cops, once again, did not forget to mock our comrade and member of Anarchist Squat Nadir’s assembly Spyros Mandylas, who has been detained for 7 months, accused of having participated in Phoenix project. For us, repression is heavy rain falling on a mountain. The rain will carry all the decayed and rotten soil away, leaving the rock standing unscathed. We will not falter and our struggle won’t wear down.

A few words about the anti-guerrilla tension and the attack against New Anarchy
In recent years, the system chooses to attack anarchist movement focusing on insurrectionary anarchy. By using the fact that Christodoulos Ksiros left prison as a pretext, the armed and the public tensions of the radical movement are once again presented as a threat to public anarchist projects. Some are again talking about the increase of repression, blaming it on insurrectionary anarchism and practical theory. We answer to them, that there is no chance of the state signing a truce with the ones, who renounce armed struggle. On the contrary, the State considers this to be a weakness and its attack becomes more fierce. At war, for every step you take back, the enemy takes two steps forward. It is clear, that urban guerrilla is a threat to the State and that it shakes down its claim about its omnipotence. We totally disagree with the renouncement of armed struggle and with the statements of loyalty and repentance. We know that such tactics disrupt the entirety of the movement and the indivisibility of theory and action. For us, our solidarity is nonnegotiable.
As far as Anarchist Squat Nadir is specifically concerned, its targeting has multiple recipients. Its recipients are those comrades, who stand with dignity beside our unrepentant imprisoned comrades and who don’t renounce armed struggle nor do they make statements of loyalty to the regime. Those, who with fury and conscience fight against their time.

Salonicco: Comunicato dello squat anarchico Nadir sull’ultima ondata repressiva

A metà Gennaio, in preda al panico lo Stato ha iniziato l’operazione “tenaglia”. Perquisendo le abitazioni di anarchici, partecipanti del movimento radicale anarchico, lo stato ancora una volta ha trovato l’occasione per colpire lo squat anarchico Nadir e chi lo supporta. Più di dieci perquisizioni in case di compagni da vari tipi agenti (antiterrorismo, opke, agenzia per la sicurezza) hanno avunto luogo. I pretesti per esse sono state chiamate, fatte presuntamente da spie ignote o no, che hanno descritto le case dei nostri compagni come presunti depositi di armi, esplosivi e covi del guerrigliero urbano Christodoulos Xiros. Prelevati da tribunali e università, minacciando le loro famiglie, tramite indagini, interrogatori e minacce da parte di uomini incappucciati, trasferimenti spettacolari fatti da agenti pesantemente armati in tribunale. Ovviamente, colpire i nostri compagni ha a che fare con la nostra attività politica anarco-nichilista, illegalista, la solidarietà ai guerriglieri urbani e ai militanti antifascisti. Inoltre, dal giorno della fuga di Christodoulos Xiros, i media hanno creato sospetti e cospirazioni unendo lotte legali e illegali. Non ci sono mezze verità nei media. Solo totali bugie dello Stato. I poliziotti, ancora una volta, non hanno evitato di deridere il nostro compagno e membro dell’assemblea dello squat anarchico Nadir Spyros Mandylas, prigioniero da 7 mesi, accusato di aver preso parte al Progetto Fenice. Per noi, la repressione è una forte pioggia che cade su una montagna. La pioggia porterà via tutto il marcio, lasciando incolume la montagna. Noi non vacilleremo e la nostra lotta non finirà.

Qualche parole riguardo alla tensione anti-guerrigliera e all’attacco contro la Nuova Anarchia.
Negli ultimi anni, il sistema ha scelto di attaccare il movimento anarchico concentrandosi sull’anarchismo insurrezionalista. Usando come pretesto il fatto che Christodoulos Xiros è evaso, le tensioni pubbliche e armate del movimento radicale sono di nuovo presentate come una minaccia per i progetti anarchici pubblici. Alcuni parlano nuovamente dell’aumento della repressione, dando la colpa all’anarchismo insurrezionalista e alla teoria pratica. Noi gli rispondiamo che non c’è alcuna possibilità per lo stato di raggiungere una tregua con quelli che hanno rinunciato alla lotta armata. Al contrario, lo stato considera ciò come una debolezza e il suo attacco diventa più violento. In guerra, per ogni passo che fai indietro, il nemico ne fa due avanti. È chiaro che la guerriglia urbana è una
minaccia per lo stato e mette in discussione la sua rivendicazione di onnipotenza. Dissentiamo totalmente con la rinuncia della lotta armata e con le dichiarazioni di fedeltà e pentimento. Sappiamo che tali tattiche penalizzano l’interezza del movimento e l’indivisibilità di teoria e azione. Per noi, la nostra solidarietà non è negoziabile.
Per quanto riguarda lo squat anarchico Nadir, il suo diventare un obiettivo ha diversi destinatari. Essi sono quei compagni che con dignità stanno dalla parte dei nostri impenitenti compagni prigionieri e che non rinunciano alla lotta armata o fanno dichiarazioni di fedeltà al regime. Quelli che con furia e consapevoloezza lottano contro il proprio tempo.
