On the early hours of Friday, 05/12, after a call by a snitch, the cops arrested two comrades in Athens, while they were expropriating empty bottles from the yard of a private recycling company. The comrades (a woman and a man) were initially transferred to the local police station and then to GADA (General Police Agency of Attica) where a prosecutor issued a search warrant for their houses. The cops found some empty beer bottles, a jerrycan full of gasoline, some firecrackers, a hammer, a slingshot, a pepper spray and flyers about Nikos Romanos. The comrades were accused for:
Possession of explosive devices (felony)
Possession of arms (misdemeanor)
Theft (misdemeanor)
The rest of the usual prosecution procedure took place in the afternoon of the same day and the comrades received a three day deadline to present themselves in front of a prosecutor. They were held in GADA until then and they were released on Monday on the restrictive term to present themselves at a police station once a month until the trial.

Τα ξημερώματα της Παρασκευής 5/12, ύστερα από ειδοποίηση ρουφιάνου, περιπολικά συνέλαβαν δύο συντρόφους, την ώρα που απαλλοτρίωναν άδεια μπουκάλια από ιδιωτικό χώρο ανακύκλωσης. Η συντρόφισσα και ο σύντροφος μεταφέρθηκαν αρχικά στο τοπικό αστυνομικό τμήμα και στη συνέχεια στη ΓΑΔΑ, όπου εκδόθηκε ένταλμα κατ’ οίκον έρευνας στα σπίτια τους. Τα ευρήματα που κατέσχεσαν οι μπάτσοι ήταν μερικά άδεια μπουκάλια μπύρας, ένα μπετόνι βενζίνης, κροτίδες, μια βαριά, μια σφεντόνα, ένα pepper spray και τρικάκια αλληλεγγύης στον Νίκο Ρωμανό. Σχηματίστηκε εις βάρος τους δικογραφία με τις εξής κατηγορίες:
Κατοχή εκρηκτικών (κακούργημα)
Οπλοκατοχή (πλημμέλημα)
Κλοπή κατά συναυτουργία (πλημμέλημα)
Οι σύντροφοι πέρασαν από ανακριτή και εισαγγελέα αργά το απόγευμα της ίδιας ημέρας, πήραν τριήμερη προθεσμία για να απολογηθούν και επέστρεψαν στη ΓΑΔΑ, όπου κρατήθηκαν μέχρι τη Δευτέρα. Αφέθηκαν ελεύθεροι με τον περιοριστικό όρο της εμφάνισης σε αστυνομικό τμήμα μια φορά το μήνα.

Atene [Grecia]: Arrestati due compagni e poi rilasciati
Nelle prime ore di Venerdì 12/05, dopo la chiamata di una spia, la polizia ha arrestato due compagni ad Atene, mentre stavano rubando bottiglie vuote dal cortile di una società di riciclaggio privata. I compagni (una donna e un uomo) sono stati inizialmente trasferiti alla stazione di polizia locale e poi a GADA (Agenzia di Polizia Generale di Attica), dove il pubblico ministero ha emesso un mandato di perquisizione nelle loro case. I poliziotti hanno trovato alcune bottiglie di birra vuote , una tanica piena di benzina, alcuni petardi, un martello, una fionda, uno spray al pepe e volantini su Nikos Romanos. I compagni sono stati accusati per:
– Possesso di ordigni esplosivi (crimine)
– Possesso di armi (reato)
– Furto (reato)
Il resto della consueta procedura persecutoria ha avuto luogo nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno quando i compagni hanno ricevuto un termine di tre giorni per presentarsi davanti a un pubblico ministero. Sono stati tenuti nel GADA fino ad allora per poi essere rilasciati il lunedi con la misura restrittiva di presentarsi ad una stazione di polizia, una volta al mese fino al processo.
