Anarchist Diego Ríos was arrested on February 7th 2015 after being a fugitive for five and a half years, charged with possession of explosive materials (after his mother snitched him out to police during the summer of 2009).
On March 30th, after spending nearly two months in the Maximum Security Section of the High Security Prison (CAS) in Santiago, the comrade managed to change the precautionary measure of preventive detention to night-time house arrest ahead of his abbreviated trial. Diego admitted possession of items that could be used for explosive devices. On April 2nd, he was sentenced to 541 days of probation. So, the comrade is now free.
Down with the prisons and the judicial system!
Freedom for all prisoners!
