KOBANI, Rojava (October 27, 2015) — Turkish Military’s attacks against the People’s Defense Units (YPG)’s security positions near the border city of Kobani – started on October 24 – continue to the moment.

At 11:00 October 27, attacking with heavy weapons, Turkish Army targeted the Defense Units’ border positions to the west of the town Gire Spi (Tal Abyad). Simultaneously between 18:15 and 18:30, Turkish military forces carried out another offensive by heavy weaponry while conducting unusual movements with Akrep armored vehicles on the border with the city Gire Spi. After this attempt, Turkish military at 19:30 were once again on movement in place near the border with urban and rural Gire Spi as they shot blind fire at Defense Units’ positions using A4 and MG3 arms.
