Dear comrades,
as many of you already know the anarchist blog Culmine was released from prison on September 7 because the period of pre-trail detention had expired.
However it cannot be said that we were freed because they have inflicted restrictions on us: we can’t travel abroad, are compelled to live in our towns and have to report to the police station twice a day.
In order to justify this ‘freedom subjected to restrictions’ they pointed out that we have never disowned the work undertaken by Culmine and have always maintained the importance of the continuation of anarchist counter-information.
Taking ‘the personalities of the investigated individuals and their criminal activities’ into account they insist in inflicting another form of imprisonment on us simply because they have no other choice: the investigation, in fact, is still ongoing and they still have some work to do with us as we are ‘individuals who can easily gather support’ and who ‘have not renounced their anarchist and subversive purposes’.
They state that their miserable prison bars are not sufficient to control a ‘crime’ such as that of instigation: they are perfectly right but they can’t accept the fact that actions of total liberation don’t need any instigation!
We take this occasion to express our solidarity to all those who struggle as antiauthoritarians and to all dignified prisoners who don’t stop resisting and attacking with their heads held high.
We also thank all the individuals in affinity who have never stopped expressing their solidarity and complicity with us.

Queridxs compañerxs:Como ya muchxs saben, el 7 de septiembre el blog anarquista “Culmine” fue excarcelado por vencimiento del plazo de la prisión preventiva. Sin embargo, no puede decirse que ha sido puesto en libertad, dado que lo han pensado bien al aplicar las restricciones: prohibición de expatriación, obligación de permanecer en el lugar elegido y dos firmas diarias.
Para justificar tal “libertad restringida” no han podido hacer menos que señalar el hecho de que nunca hemos renegado del trabajo realizado por “Culmine” deseando la continuación de la contrainformación anarquista.
Considerando “la personalidad de los investigados, deducida también por la profesionalidad demostrada en el crimen”, insisten en aplicarnos otra forma de cárcel, simplemente, porque tienen alternativas: las investigaciones, de hecho, están todavía abiertas y, obviamente, tienen todavía trabajo que hacer, dado que representamos “elementos con gran capacidad de conseguir apoyos” y que “no hemos abandonado nuestros propósitos anarquistas y subversivos”.
Ellos mismos afirman que sus miserables barrotes no son suficiente para detener un “crimen” como la instigación: tienen toda la razón, ¡pero no quieren aceptar que las acciones de liberación total no necesitan ser instigadas!
Aprovechamos la oportunidad para expresar nuestra solidaridad con todxs lxs que luchan como antiautoritarixs y a todxs lxs prisionerxs dignxs que no dejan de resistir y atacar sin bajar la cabeza.

riceviamo e diffondiamo:
Carx compagnx,
come molti sanno già, ii 7 settembre il blog anarchico “Culmine” è stato scarcerato per decorenza dei termini di custodia cautelare. Tuttavia non si può affàtto dire che sia stato liberato visto che hanno pensato bene di applicare delle restrizioni: divieto di espatrio, obbligo di dimora nel comune prescelto e due firme quotidiane.
Per giustificare tale “libertà con restrizioni” non hanno potuto fare a meno di sottolineare il fatto che non abbiamo mai rinnegato il lavoro svolto da “Culmine” auspicando la continuazione della controinformazione anarchica.
In considerazione “delle personalità degli indagati, desunte anche dalle professionalità nel crimine dimostrate“, insistono nel propinarci un’altra forma di galera semplicemente perché non harmo alternative: le indagini, infatti, sono ancora
aperte ed evidentemente hanno ancora del lavoro da sbrigare visto che rappresentiamo “elementi fortemente in grado di raccogliere consensi” e che “non abbiamo abbandonato i nostri proposití anarchici ed eversivi“.
Essi stessi sostengono che le loro misere sbarre non sono sufficienti ad arginare un “reato” come l’istigazione: hanno perfettamente ragione ma non vogliono accettare che le azioni di liberazione totale non hanno bisogno di essere istigate!
Cogliamo l’occasione per esprimere la nostra solidarietà a tuttx quellx che lottano da antiautoritarx e a tuttx x degnx prigionierx che non smettono di resistere e attaccare senza abbassare la testa.
Ringraziamo inoltre tuttx gli individui affini che non hanno mai smesso di esprimerci la loro solidarietà e complicità!
