Op. Shadow – Resoconto della sentenza di primo grado (it/en)

Oggi 22/10/13, presso il tribunale di Perugia, è stata emessa la sentenza di primo grado in merito alla cosiddetta operazione “Shadow”. L’impianto accusatorio è crollato interamente, tutti/e i/le compagni/e sono stati assolti perché il fatto non sussiste. Fa eccezione Sergio, condannato a 3 anni e 3 mesi per furto d’auto.
Adesso la PM Comodi, distintasi come al solito per i suoi deliri in aula, stavolta prontamente contrastati dal compagno Sergio che ha partecipato al processo (istantaneamente denunciato da lei per oltraggio), ha 90 giorni per impugnare la sentenza e presentare ricorso in appello.

Sergio resta prigioniero nel carcere di Ferrara in custodia cautelare per via dell’operazione “Ardire” (partorita sempre dalla Comodi). Mentre il 6/11/13 ci sarà, sempre al tribunale di Perugia, l’udienza preliminare dell’operazione “Ardire” relativa al troncone perugino.

On October 22 2013 the first grade sentence of the trial for so called ‘operation Shadow’ was pronounced at the court of Perugia. Prosecutor Manuela Comodi lost on all fronts and all the comrades on trial were acquitted, except Sergio who was sentenced to 3 years and 3 months for car theft.

Prosecutor Comodi’s usual ravings singled her out in the court, but were promptly challenged by Sergio who attended the trail (and was sued by Comodi for contempt of the court).

She has now 90 days to request an appeal trial.

Sergio is still being held in pre-trial detention in the prison of Ferrara, following ‘operation Ardire’ (Comodi’s offspring too). The preliminary hearing for ‘operation Ardire’ will be held on November 6 in Perugia and will focus on the investigation carried out in Perugia.
