As part of the investigation Mikalai Dziadok underwent psychiatric forensic examination in prison. Mikalai has been sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment within the frames of the so-called case of anarchists. He was found guilty in malicious hooliganism. On November 20, 3.5 months before his release from jail, a new action against him was taken for severe disobedience to the prison rules. Mikalai Dziadok faces a new prison term, up to 1 year.

He also has been deprived of a short date with his wife, allegedly for having created a conflict in his cell. It sounds weird, because it was after this conflict that he asked to be moved to a solitary cell, as he didn’t feel safe in the former one.

Another anarchist prisoner Ihar Alinevich writes about his friend Mikalai Dziadok, who is also behind the bars.

“There have been a lot of different events but they hardly mean something in front of Mikalai’s circumstances. In fact, though we always keep in our mind that it may happen, it is always all of a sudden. Mikalai has case-hardened his character so any drift of events may knock him down. Unfortunately, the relatives suffer the most in this case.

After reading books about the Gulag, it reminded me of the Institute like CCA (special meeting), known as “troika”. At the end of the term of imprisonment they just handed out the decision on its 5, 10-year extension. So people stayed behind the bars for 25 years. It’s quite symbolic as it can be applied in total under Article 411. On the other hand, various forms of premature release are actively being exercised so the real term seems to be rather conditional. It should be treated philosophically. And, certainly, one shouldn’t be a prisoner of illusions.

In general, autumn has brought much food for reflection and for so called philosophical conclusions. I don’t know whether it is for good or bad, but a few years have already passed. Brodsky writes: …”let there be snowstorms, rains and raging roar of fire…” Now it is crystal clear that these «storms» are an indispensable element of development. As soon as you realize it, you can take the sweet with the sour”, the political prisoner writes in his letter.

Mother and grandmother of Jauhen Vas’kovich visited him in colony. Meeting continued two hours. “Jauhen feels good. He sends huge greetings and thanks for the help and support”, – said mother of the political prisoner Rushaniya Vas’kovich. Eugene Vas’kovich sews warm clothes in colony. Sometimes he catches cold. Because of this his back starts to pain. Parents sent warm clothes to him, but they has not reached the colony. In 2015 he can get long-term meeting with family.
