The living conditions, every day more unbearable, which are
imposed on us, rely on fear. Fear of not having a job and of not making
ends meet at the end of the month. Fear of the police, fear of prison.
Because at its foundation, the baton and its acceptance are what
guarantee social relations.

In this world upside down, terrorism is not forcing billions of human
beings to survive under unacceptable conditions; it’s not poisoning the
earth. It’s not continuing a scientific and technological research which
everyday further subjugates our lives, penetrates our bodies and
modifies nature in an irreversible way. It’s not imprisoning and deporting
human beings because they don’t have an adequate little scrap of
paper. It’s not killing and mutilating at work for the enrichment to infinity
of the bosses. All that is called economy, civilization, democracy,
progress, public order.

Politics is in reality the art of disguising facts by changing words.
Their planetary scale “war on terror” is just a propaganda weapon to
legitimize all exterior military aggression and all interior repression.
In a mirror effect, the State wants all of us to be obliged to be the
reflection of what comes out of its dirty authoritarian mouth.

Friendships, affinities and the sharing of a same idea of freedom
become an “association of malefactors in relation to a terrorist
enterprise”. The links woven within struggles become an “anarchoautonome
tendency”. A smoke-bomb becomes a bomb.

And yet, to organize yourself is not necessarily constituting an
Organization, just like a strike is not a hostage-taking. An attack against
a bank, a prison, an office of the National Employment Agency, an
election office, a detention centre, or an act of sabotage against the
circulation of trains or the machinery in a factory, is not “terrorism”. An
abyss separates those who insurge for freedom and those who strike
out randomly to defend, consolidate or conquer power, namely the
States and their competitors, the bosses, their mercenaries and their
laboratories of death.

In this social war which unfolds at work as in the street, at night as
in the day, the enemy is every individual who puts an obstacle in the
way of the radiant march of capital.

May each one, in the manner that one estimates is most adequate,
oppose the terrorism of the State and its totalitarian democracy. We will
not undergo this declaration of war with our heads down.

Chi sono i terroristi?

Le condizioni di vita sempre più insopportabili che ci sono imposte si poggiano sulla paura. Paura di non avere lavoro e di non arrivare alla fine del mese. Paura della polizia, paura della prigione. Perché, fondamentalmente, il manganello e la sua accettazione sono ciò che garantisce i rapporti sociali.

In questo mondo al rovescio, il terrorismo non è costringere miliardi di essere umani a sopravvivere in condizioni inaccettabili, non è avvelenare la terra. Non è continuare una ricerca scientifica e tecnologica che sottomette ogni giorno di più le nostre vite, penetra i nostri corpi e modifica la natura in modo irreversibile. Non è rinchiudere e deportare degli esseri umani perché sono sprovvisti di piccoli pezzi di carta adeguati. Non è ucciderci e mutilarci al lavoro affinché i padroni si arricchiscano all’infinito. Non è neanche bombardare delle intere popolazioni. Tutto questo lo chiamano economia, civilizzazione, democrazia, progresso, ordine pubblico.

La politica è, in realtà, l’arte di camuffare i fatti cambiando le parole. La loro “guerra al terrorismo” su scala planetaria non è che un’arma di propaganda per legittimare tutte le aggressioni militari all’esterno e ogni repressione dei ribelli all’interno. In un gioco di specchi, lo Stato vorrebbe obbligare tutti noi ad essere il riflesso del suo sporco muso autoritario. Amicizie, affinità e condividere una stessa idea di libertà divengono un “associazione sovversiva con fini terroristici”. Relazioni tessute all’interno delle lotte divengono un “movimento anarco-autonomo”. Un fumogeno diviene una bomba.

Tuttavia organizzarsi non è necessariamente costituire una Organizzazione, così come uno sciopero non è un prendere in ostaggio. L’attacco ad una banca, ad una prigione, ad un ANPE, una sede politica, ad un centro di reclusione (CPT), il sabotaggio della circolazione dei treni o delle macchine in una fabbrica, non sono “terrorismo”. Un abisso separa chi insorge per liberarsi e quelli che colpiscono nel mucchio per difendere, consolidare o conquistare il potere, cioè gli Stati e i loro concorrenti, i padroni, i loro mercenari e i loro laboratori di morte.

In questa guerra sociale che si svolge al lavoro come per strada, di giorno come di notte, il nemico è ogni individuo che ostacola la marcia radiosa del capitale.

Che ciascuno, nel modo che ritiene più adeguato, si opponga al terrorismo di Stato e al totalitarismo democratico.
Noi non subiremo questa dichiarazione di guerra abbassando la testa

Qui sont les terroristes ?

Les conditions de vie toujours plus insupportables qui nous sont imposées reposent sur la peur. Peur de ne pas avoir de boulot et de ne pas arriver à boucler les fins de mois. Peur de la police, peur de la prison. Parce qu’au fond, la matraque et son acceptation est ce qui garantit les rapports sociaux.

Dans ce monde à l’envers, le terrorisme ce n’est pas contraindre des milliards d’êtres humains à survivre dans des conditions inacceptables, ce n’est pas empoisonner la terre. Ce n’est pas continuer une recherche scientifique et technologique qui soumet toujours plus nos vies, pénètre nos corps et modifie la nature de façon irréversible. Ce n’est pas enfermer et déporter des êtres humains parce qu’ils sont dépourvus du petit bout de papier adéquat. Ce n’est pas nous tuer et mutiler au travail pour que les patrons s’enrichissent à l’infini. Ce n’est pas même bombarder des populations entières. Tout cela, ils l’appellent économie, civilisation, démocratie, progrès, ordre public.

La politique est en réalité l’art de travestir les faits en changeant les mots. Leur « guerre au terrorisme » à l’échelle planétaire n’est qu’une arme de propagande pour légitimer toute agression militaire à l’extérieur et toute répression des rebelles à l’intérieur.

Dans un effet miroir, l’État voudrait tous nous obliger à être le reflet de sa sale gueule autoritaire. Des amitiés, des affinités et le partage d’une même idée de liberté deviennent une « association de malfaiteurs en relation avec une entreprise terroriste ». Des liens tissés dans les luttes deviennent une « mouvance anarcho-autonome ». Un fumigène devient une bombe.

Et pourtant, s’organiser n’est pas nécessairement constituer une Organisation, tout comme une grève n’est pas une prise d’otage. L’attaque contre une banque, une prison, une ANPE, une permanence électorale, un centre de rétention, le sabotage de la circulation des trains ou des machines dans une usine, ne sont pas du « terrorisme ». Un abîme sépare ceux qui s’insurgent pour se libérer, et ceux qui frappent dans le tas pour défendre, consolider ou conquérir le pouvoir, c’est-à-dire les États et leurs concurrents, les patrons, leurs mercenaires et leurs laboratoires de mort.

Dans cette guerre sociale qui se déroule au travail comme dans la rue, de jour comme de nuit, l’ennemi est tout individu qui fait obstacle à la marche radieuse du capital.

Que chacun, de la manière qu’il estime la plus adéquate, s’oppose au terrorisme d’État et au totalitarisme démocratique. Nous ne subirons pas cette déclaration de guerre en baissant la tête.
