Chiara Zenobi, Niccolò Blasi, Claudio Alberto, Mattia Zanotti, Graziano Mazzarelli, Lucio Alberto, Francesco Sala
Chiara, Niccolò, Claudio and Mattia were arrested on December 9 2013 and accused of having committed an act of sabotage occurred in May 2013 against the high speed railway (TAV) construction yard in Chiomonte, Val Susa. The charges pressed against them were heavy: attack with purposes of terrorism carried out with lethal and explosive devices, possession of war weapons, damages. Although the charges of terrorism were lifted by the Court of Cassation in May 2014, these charges were used by prosecutors during the proceedings; however they were finally discharged in the first grade trial.

In December 2014 the court sentenced the four comrades to 3 years and 6 months, and shortly afterwards Chiara, Mattia, Claudio and Niccolò were released from jail and put under house arrest with all restrictions.
Three other comrades, Graziano Mazzarelli, Lucio Alberti and Francesco Sala were arrested on 11th July 2014 and accused of being co-participants in the attack on the TAV yard.

Marina Cugnaschi, Alberto Funaro, Francesco Puglisi, Luca Finotti
These comrades are serving a 10-year sentence for ‘devastation and plunder’, a charge that Italian prosecutors devised in order to punish the hundreds of rebels who rioted in Genoa during the G8 summit in July 2001. Carlo Giuliani, a young rebel, was shot dead by a cop on the second day of the summit. At the end of those days of generalized revolt, many demonstrators were beaten up and tortured by the police, while others went on trial and were sentenced last year. However Alberto Funaro was released on probation in February 2015, as he secured a job as editor of Radiondarossa.

Marco Camenisch
Marco has been imprisoned for almost 25 years in Italian and Swiss jails because of his tenacious and determined struggle against nuclear power and environmental devastation. A year after he was jailed in 1979, he escaped and was recaptured after spending 10 years on the run.
He never bowed his head in prison; on the contrary he has always contributed to the struggle with his rebel and indomitable being, which is still costing him continuous harassment from the prison administration and the judiciary.

Claudio Lavazza
Claudio is imprisoned for an armed expropriation which took place in Cordoba, Spain, 1999, after which two policewomen were shot dead during a shootout, and was sentenced in Malaga also for an armed intervention at the Italian vice-consulate in December 1996: three comrades wearing balaclavas imprisoned the consul and an employee, sending a message of solidarity to the Italian prisoners jailed by judge Marini (the judge who built a false accusation against Italian anarchists), then they escaped with passports and some money.
With other charges he was sentenced to 50 years imprisonment and has been detained in special isolation units (FIES) of Spain, while 27 years in Italy and 30 more in France are waiting for him to be served, the revenge for other previous revolutionary actions.
