Ciao a tutt*!!!
Vi scriviamo da pesadilla sonora (incubo sonoro), un’etichetta anticommerciale, che ha pubblicato qualche disco e collaborato con altre uscite, l’ultima cosa che abbiamo fatto è stato pubblicare una compilation di diversi gruppi che si chiamava “ruido contra la cárcel” (rumore contro il carcere) dove i possibili benefici economici erano destinati alla lotta anticarceraria per finanziare progetti di gruppi di supporto a prigionieri e simili iniziative.
Adesso stiamo lavorando a una nuova proposta che sarebbe “ruido contra la cárcel 2”, però vogliamo dargli un altro formato e provare a fare un lavoro differente, ovvero abbiamo pensato che se un progetto serve per
finanziare la lotta anticarceraria, non ha senso se non partecipano le persone che stanno dentro!
L’idea è che, in qualche modo, partecipino nel progetto in maniera attiva!
Perciò questo nuevo progetto sarebbe che i gruppi mettessero voci e musica a canzoni, testi, manifesti… delle persone che stanno rinchius*.
Come lo facciamo?
Per esempio, un gruppo prende un testo di una persona in carcere e da questo tira fuori una canzone, rispettando che le parole della canzone siano il testo, appunto. Un altro modo, che è quello che più ci piacerebbe, visto che fomenteremmo le relazioni con le persone prigioniere, è quello di mettersi in contatto con gente che sta dentro e che siano loro stess* che, lavorando insieme, creino le canzoni!
Sapendo che questo ultimo caso potrebbe non essere il più frequente (speriamo di si), abbiamo pensato che qualsiasi gruppo che vuole partecipare può farlo anche senza un contatto diretto con le persone rinchiuse, saremmo noi a mettere a disposizione testi, scritti, ecc. di modo che i gruppi facciano la loro canzone e possano scegliere il testo che vogliono!
La storia sarebbe che il gruppo crei la sua canzone, si incarichi di registrarla come meglio può e poi ce la manda insieme al testo più info del gruppo stesso e della persona in carcere.
Dopo di che noi faremo l’edizione del disco e, se ce ne fosse bisogno, qualche ritocco di masterizzazione per livellare tutte le canzoni con lo stesso audio…
Ci facciamo carico anche delle copie come già avvenuto in passato e in qualche modo le finanziaremo, si dovrebbero fare circa mille esemplari (se vediamo che il disco ha una buona accoglienza potremmo incrementare il numero di copie). Ovviamente se qualcuno volesse fare un’altra tirata nella sua zona, paese, continente… potremmo mandare il libretto in pdf o nel formato desiderato, con il montaggio fatto più le canzoni (tenendo sempre presente che i possibili benifici servono a finanziare la lotta anticarceraria).
Distribuzione e diffusione
Come fatto con l’altra edizione sarebbero i collettivi di appoggio ai prigionieri e individualità affini coloro che si incargherebbero della distribuzione e gestione dei benefici, lo stesso vale per etichette e case di distribuzione affini! Loro stessi si incargherebbero di mandare i benefici ai gruppi di supporto della loro zona.
Molto importante, cosa vogliamo con il disco?
Vogliamo che sia, in qualche modo, uno strumento per dar voce e diffusione alla gente che sta dentro. Ci sono molte forme per rompere l’isolamento e questa è una di loro. Creare vincoli, affinità e come risposta solidale continuare mantenendo relazioni e progetti con i compagni che temporaneamente si trovano fuori dalle cose che si fanno al di là del muro…
questo progetto è una maniera di mantenere il contatto, di far possibile con i nostri mezzi che inquetudini da dentro
si facciano realtà e oltrepassino i muri in ambe direzioni…
un’altra maniera di comunicare, compartire, creare, non dimenticare, rompere l’isolamento che si pretende ottenere con questa forma di castigo.
Sotto un altro aspetto serve anche per finanziare quei gruppi che portano supporto alla gente che sta rinchiusa ed è un piccolo apporto alla lotta contro le prigioni… i benefici andranno totalmente destinati ai collettivi di supporto e a finanziare la lotta anticarceraria.
Detto tutto questo adesso tocca cercare gente che voglia collaborare con il progetto, ci sono già dei gruppi interessati al progetto da diverse parti della geografia della terra!! Quindi se vuoi partecipare nella compilation con il tuo gruppo, il tuo progetto, o conosci qualche persona che sta dentro e vuole partecipare scrivendo qualcosa (o addirittura cantando se possibile!) mettiti in contatto con noi!!!
Nell’altra compilation hanno partecipato gruppi dall’America del Sud e dalla penisola iberica, questa volta proveremo ad avere un ventaglio più grande con gente che partecipi da differenti zone del globo!!!

Hello everyone!
We are writing to you from Pesadillasonora, an anti-commercial label
which has edited a few disks and collaborated on other editions, the
latest project we worked on was to edit a compilation of various bands
which was called ¨Noise against the prison¨ which was a benefit for
the
anti-prison struggle, to finance projects of prisoner support groups and
general diffusion.
At the moment we are working on a new proposal: ¨Noise against the
prison 2¨, however we want to give the compilation another angle and
try
to make it different in some way, for this reason we think that if this
is a project to help finance the anti-prison struggle, it doesn’t make
much sense without the participation of people who are inside the
prisons! And so our idea is to somehow make them participants in this
project in an active way.
In this new project the bands would be the voice and the music to the
songs, texts, manifestos and letters written by people who are
imprisoned.
How will we do this?
The idea is that, for example, a band takes a text which a person in
prison has written, and makes it into a song, respecting that the lyrics
are from the texts which the person in prison has written. Another
option which we like the most, as it would strengthen the relationships
with people who are in prison, is that the bands get in touch with
people who are in prison directly and that they also are involved in the
way the songs are created!
However we realize that the latter case will be more complicated and
perhaps not as common (although it would be great), we think that it
doesn’t matter if any band which wants to participate aren’t able to
have direct contact with the person in prison, they can still
participate and we could provide the texts to those groups that want to
participate so they can create their own themes and choose the text or
story that they like.
Once the band has created their song, each group will take it upon
themselves to record it by their own means, and send it to us together
with the lyrics and info about the band and the person who is in prison.
Afterwards, we will make the design and layout of the disk, and check if
there is the need for further retouching of mastering in order to
equalize all the songs to the same audio level.
We will also take care of making the copies of the disks, as we have
done in other occasions and we will take care of financing this part,
which initially would be around 1000 copies in CD (this would be at the
beginning, but if we later have a good reception we could increase the
number of copies). Of course we would also be open if somebody were
motivated to make another lot of copies in their zone, country,
continent… we could send them the booklet in PDF (or whichever format)
with the layout done, plus the songs, so they could make more copies by
their own account (as long as it is with the same pretext which is to
finance the anti-prison struggle with the benefit money from the disks).
Distribution and diffusion:
As we did with the first edition of Noise against the prison, the
prisoner support collectives and individuals of affinity would be those
who would take care of distributing the disks and arranging the benefit
money, as well as some other labels or distros of affinity, which would
later take care of sending the money to the prisoner support groups in
their zone.
Very important – what do we want with the album?
We want this album to be a tool to give a voice and diffusion to those
who are within prison walls. There are many ways we can break the
isolation, and this is one of them. This project aims to create links,
affinities, to be a response of solidarity and to continue maintaining
relationships and projects with the compañerxs who are temporarily
isolated from the projects outside of prison walls. This joint project
is a way to maintain contact, to make possible with our own ways that
the concerns from within the prisons are reflected on the current
reality and penetrate the walls in both directions, creating another way
to communicate, share, create and not forget, to break the isolation
which Power tries to obtain through these punishments. On the other
hand, its aim is to finance the groups which bring support to people who
are locked up, and as a small input to the struggle against the prisons.
The funds made from the album will be destined towards the prisoner
support collectives and to finance the anti-prison struggle.
Having said that, it’s now time to look for people who want to
collaborate on this project. There are already a few bands that are
interested in participating in the project in various parts of the
globe. So if you want to participate in the compilation with your band,
project, or know someone who is in prison who would be motivated by the
idea and would like to participate by writing something (or even
performing if possible!) please get in touch with us!
In the first Noise against the prison album bands from South America and
the Iberia Peninsula participated. This time however we are trying to
get a wider range of people participating from different parts of the
world.

Down with the walls!

Os escribimos de Pesadillasonora, un sello anticomercial, en el cual
hemos editado algunos discos y colaborado en otras ediciones , lo ultimo
que hicimos fue editar un recopilatorio de varias bandas que se llamaba
“Ruido contra la cárcel” los beneficios del cual iban destinados a
lucha anticarcelaria , para financiar proyectos de grupos de apoyo a
presxs, difusión…
Ahora estamos trabajando en una nueva propuesta que vendría a ser el
“Ruido contra la cárcel 2” pero queremos darle otra forma al
recopilatorio e intentar que de alguna manera fuera un trabajo diferente
por eso hemos pensado en que si es un proyecto para ayudar a financiar
la lucha anticarcelaria , no tiene mucho sentido si no participan las
personas que están presas! Y la idea era hacerles participes a ellxs de
alguna manera en el proyecto de una forma activa!
Por eso este nuevo proyecto trataría de que las bandas pusieran voz y
musica a canciones , escritos , manifiestos… de las personas que
están encerradas.
Como hacemos esto?
La idea es que por ejemplo una banda tome un texto que haya escrito una
persona presa y de eso hagan una canción. Respetando que la letra sea
el texto de la persona que esta encerrada. Otra forma y que es la que
mas nos gustaría a nosotrxs ya que así fomentaríamos las relaciones
con personas que estan presas es que las bandas se pusieran en contacto
con gente que esta en la cárcel y que fueran ellxs mismos quienes en un
trabajo conjunto crearan las canciones!
Sabiendo que este ultimo caso no creemos que sera el mas frecuente
(ojala si) , hemos pensado que cualquier banda que quiera participar no
importa que no tenga un contacto directo con alguna persona presa, sino
que puedan hacerlo igual, de manera que nosotrxs pondríamos a su
disposición textos , escritos… a los grupos que quieran participar
para que puedan crear sus propios temas y escoger el texto o relato que
quieran!
El tema seria que una vez la banda tuviera creada su canción , cada unx
se encargaría de grabarla con sus medios y una vez grabada nos la
mandaría a nosotrxs junto con la letra, info de la banda y de la
persona que esta presa…
Luego nosotrxs nos encargaríamos de hacer la maquetación del disco ,
también si hiciera faltara algún retoque de masterizacion para igualar
un poco todos los temas al mismo nivel de audio…
El tema de las copias también correría de nuestra cuenta, pues como
hicimos en otras ocasiones ya nos encargaríamos de financiar de alguna
manera el hacer las copias “que en un principio se trataría de hacer
unas 1000 copias a CD (en un principio esa es la cantidad pero si vemos
que tiene buena acogida podríamos incrementar el numero de copias)
Abiertos también a si alguien se motivara a hacer otra tirada en su
zona , país, continente… le podríamos mandar el libreto en pdf o el
formato que sea, con el montaje hecho, mas las canciones y que hicieran
otra tirada por su cuenta (siempre que fuera con el mismo pretexto que
es financiar la lucha anticarcelaria con los beneficios de su venta)
Distribución y difusión: Como hicimos con la otra edición de Ruido
contra la cárcel serian los colectivos de apoyo a presxs ,
individualidades afines …lxs que se encargarían de la distribución y
gestión de los beneficios, así como algunos sellos o distribuidoras
afines !!! los cuales luego se encargarían de mandar los beneficios a
los grupos de apoyo a presxs de su zona!!!
Muy importante, que queremos con el disco?
Este disco queremos que sea de alguna manera una herramienta para dar
voz y difusión a la gente de dentro. Hay muchas formas de romper el
aislamiento, y esta es una de ellas. Crear vínculos, afinidades, y como
respuesta solidaria, seguir manteniendo relaciones y proyectos con lxs
companerxs que temporalmente se encuentran fuera de las cosas que se
hacen al otro lado de los muros… Este proyecto conjunto es una manera
de mantener el contacto, de posibilitar con nuestros propios medios que
inquietudes desde dentro se plasmen en la realidad y traspasen los muros
en ambas direcciones…otra vía de comunicar, compartir, crear, no
olvidar… romper el aislamiento que se pretende conseguir con esta
forma de castigo…
Por otro lado también para financiar a los grupos que llevan el apoyo a
la gente que esta encerrada y un pequeño aporte a la lucha contra las
prisiones… Los beneficios irán íntegros destinados a los colectivos
de apoyo a gente presa y a financiar la lucha anticarcelaria.
Dicho todo esto ahora toca buscar a gente que quiera colaborar en el
proyecto , ya hay algunas bandas que sean interesado en participar en el
proyecto de varias partes de la geografía terráquea!!
O sea que si quieres participar en el recopilatorio con tu banda ,
proyecto…,o sabes de alguna persona que este presa que le motive la
idea y quiera participar escribiendo algo(o incluso cantando si
pudiera!)
ponte en contacto con nosotrxs!!!
En el otro Ruido contra la cárcel participaron bandas de América del
sur y de la península ibérica, esta vez intentaremos que haya un
abanico mas grande de gente que participe desde diferentes puntos!!!
