The preliminary hearing where Billy, Costa and Silvia are accused of allegedly intending to attack the IBM research centre in Zurich with explosives was held on April 23 in the court of Turin.
The hearing was postponed to June 11 due to a lack of documentation regarding the Swiss final sentence which resulted in them serving years in prison for the same accusations for which the prosecutor in Turin now wants to proceed.
