La Cassazione conferma le condanna per i disordini di Roma di ottobre 2011 quando un blindato dei carabinieri fu assaltato e dato alle fiamme. Condanna di sei anni confermata per Davide Rosci ed altri imputati teramani, Cristian Quatraccioni e Mauro Gentile. L’accusa, devastazione e saccheggio. Rinviata in Appello la sentenza per Marco Moscardelli. Tutti hanno già scontato metà della pena, Rosci ha lasciato i domiciliari due settimane fa. A Rosci la condanna di primo grado a sei anni era stata confermata perché non gli erano state riconosciute le attenuanti generiche. Il riconoscimento delle attenuanti generiche aveva fatto ridurre a 4 anni e 8 mesi la condanna di Cristian Quatraccioni, 33 anni, di Mosciano, e a 5 anni per Marco Moscardelli, 33 anni, anche lui di Mosciano.
Sul suo profilo facebook, Rosci ha scritto
Il girone dantesco dove sono fnito pare essere per il momento senza uscita. la corte di Cassazione ha confermato per me, Mauro e Mirko le pene stabilite dalla corte d’appello mentre per Marco è stata annullata la sentenza e rimandata in secondo grado. Di questo festeggiamo. C’è poco da dire e purtroppo nulla da fare quindi per il momento l’unica cosa su cui soffermarsi è riflettere su ciò che è stato e organizzarsi su ciò che sarà.
A breve la condanna passerà definitiva e le prospettive sono o tornare dentro oppure trovare un lavoro stabile, per uno che come me è uscito dal carcere, non sono di certo spalancate quindi approfitto di questo post nella speranza di trovare qualche anima pia, che si imbatte nel leggere queste righe, di tenermi presente qualora venisse a conoscenza di un qualsiasi impiego. Penso di aver dato tutto alla causa e spero di poter dare ancora tanto ma per il momento devo restare lucido ed evitare di diventare carne da macello.

Verso le 19 Rosci é stato rinchiuso di nuovo nel carcere di Castrogno.

The Supreme Court confirmed the conviction for the riots in Rome in October 2011 (see here and here 2, when an armored vehicle of the police officers was attacked and set on fire. Sentence of six years confirmed to David Rosci and other defendants from the city of Teramo, Cristian Quatraccioni and Mauro Gentile. The prosecution: destruction and looting (by italian old-fascist law). Appeals postponed the judgment to Marco Moscardelli. All have already served half of the sentence, Rosci has left home two weeks ago. To Rosci condemnation of First Instance to six years had been confirmed because he had not been recognized extenuating circumstances. The recognition of extenuating circumstances had reduced to 4 years and 8 months of the sentence to Quatraccioni Cristian, 33y/o, and 5 years for Marco Moscardelli, 33y/o.
On his Facebook profile, Rosci wrote
The Dante’s circle where I entered seems to be a dead-end. The Supreme Court of Cassation has confirmed for me, Mauro and Mirko penalties established by the Court of Appeals while Marco was canceled and postponed the sentence on Appeal. On this we celebrate. There is little to say, and unfortunately nothing to do so for the moment the only thing that is stopping to reflect on what was happened and to organized on what will be.
Soon the sentence will be final and the prospects are two: or go back inside in jail or find a stable job, for one like me who is released from prison, there are no certainly opportunities so I take advantage of this post in hopes of finding some kind soul who stumbles in reading these lines, to keep me this if you become aware of any use. I think I have given everything to the cause and I hope I can give so much more but for the moment I have to stay lucid and avoid becoming cannon fodder.

Around 7pm Rosci was locked up back in prison in Castrogno.
