Armed with a red guitar like the blood in her name, Bloody Mary Una Chica Band distills all her strength to very loud garage noise.
In São Paulo, the city where her poison and life flows, everything happens at the s ame time just like this one lady band. The sound is distorted, the beat is precise and the torn and drunken voice drinks heavily from Two Tears and Margaret Doll Rod.
After her debut in late 2013, Bloody toured through Europe and divided frequencies with Human Trash in which she also plays, Fabulous Go Go Boy From Alabama and other bands and one man bands from Germany, Hungary, Austria, the Netherlands, etc.
Back in Brazil, she played lots of gigs in various cities and events such as the SP na Rua (independent event that lasts throughout the night in the city of São Paulo), Brazil Girls Rock Camp, Feira Plana (DYI publications fair) and others.
In May 2015 she released her first self-titled album on cassette tape with four songs by the Outprint label, recorded live on a Tascam recorder with 4 channels.
At the moment Bloody Mary has just released a new album online called “Heart Disease” recorded live at Caffeine Sound Studio by Jonas Morbach (The Black Needles) and Luis Tissot (Fabulous Go Go Boy From Alabama, The Dirty Rats).
The new album was put to tape with a reel-to-reel tape recorder and the artwork was hand made by herself. The new album is a 7″ being released by Et mon cul c’est du tofu from Paris, FR alongside Mandinga Rec from Goiania, BR.
At this moment she’s preparing an European tour with her mates from Dirty Rats in may.
