El cuarto mandato presidencial de Alexander Lukashenko expirará en 2015. En 21 años Lukashenko ha conseguido suprimir casi todas las luchas sociales en el país, matar a varios opositores políticos en los 90, y erradicar casi toda la oposición oficial. Lukashenko no a permitido a la sociedad bielorrusa sobrepasar los límites de la mentalidad soviética. Cualquier queja o crítica al gobierno es respondida con represión por la policía o la KGB. Cualquier intento de organización se enfrenta a persecución e histeria por parte de del Estado. La política del gobierno se puede describir simplemente como sigue: “Todo lo que no se puede controlar debe ser destruido”. En este momento el Estado Bielorruso va lenta pero inexorablemente exterminando cualquier desobediencia o pensamiento crítico. January 13 was officially the last day of investigation of the new case against Mikalai Dziadok. It lasted 2 months – they needed this long to investigate the alleged disobedience to lawful demands of the prison authorities. However, it turned out, that the investigator has questioned only the prison stuff, not a single cell-mate of Mikalai has been interrogated, who could comment on many facts. After a few days the prosecutor returned the case for further inquiry. Thus, the trial is postponed indefinitely. Meanwhile, Mikalai’s previous term runs out in a month. It’s highly probable that this protraction is done deliberately, to exhaust the prisoner and his relatives, and then to try him during his last days in prison. In the context of the recent acute increase in repression in Belarus, the Anarchist Radio Berlin talked to Anarchist Black Cross Belarus about their work, the situation in the neighbouring country of Ukraine and the situation of refugees in Belarus. For security reasons we transcribed the original interview and re-recorded it ourselves.

As part of the investigation Mikalai Dziadok underwent psychiatric forensic examination in prison. Mikalai has been sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment within the frames of the so-called case of anarchists. He was found guilty in malicious hooliganism. On November 20, 3.5 months before his release from jail, a new action against him was taken for severe disobedience to the prison rules. Mikalai Dziadok faces a new prison term, up to 1 year. On November 20 Mikalai Dziadok was charged with malicious disobedience to the demands of prison administration (art.411). This became known from a state lawyer, who had been called to attend the procedure. The case was started on November 13. In the near future the anarchist will be transferred to the pre-trial detention centre as a defendant.
Before that Dziadok had spent 8 days in a punishment cell, and was transferred to the solitary confinement. The prisoner must have been set free on March 3, 2015 after 4.5 year in prison. The new case can add a year to his final sentence. Continue reading Belarusian prisoners’ news. November 2014→
At least 4 people were from 3 to 15 days in Minsk after anarchist rally that was held this Monday. There were no police during the Rally that lasted for 5 minutes. However later on people were detained by police from their working places. They were prosecuted next day for disobedience and violation of rules of public gatherings.
