Mikalai Dziadok is grateful to everyone who support him in prison. “One has to remember: however hard it is for me, there are always people out there who has it even harder. That’s why I try to keep together and don’t feel sorry for myself. I want you to stay strong as well, never lose your optimism, however dark it can be sometimes. Some day the good will win and we will do everything possible for it to happen”, says the imprisoned anarchist.
Fund-raising for Dzmitry Rezanovich
Anarchist Black Cross is starting to collect money for Dzmitry Rezanovich case. For now around 1 000 dollars were already paid to his lawyer, who after figuring out the political background of the case took twice more money for his work. The whole picture is not clear on amount of money that will be required for this case as there is a possibility of prosecution for Dzmitry in Belarus after deportation from Russia. It is also not clear how long will it take for Russian authorities to deport Dzmitry – for now 1 000 dollars is lawyer work for only one month. Belarusian anarchist detained on Russian-Ukrainian border (Russia)
Anarchist from Gomel – Dzmitry Rezanovich – was detained on March 13-14 by Russian security forces when he tried to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border. He is now at one of the Kursk pre-trial facilities, relatives are not allowed to visit him. It’s not yet clear what was the reason for detention. He had the passport of his brother, but it looks like the special services were not interested in this misdemeanor, they allegedly suspect him of a conspiracy to launch an attack on Kursk nuclear power plant as well as participation in Maidan protests.
We think this story is connected with the Russian hysteria about possible war with the Ukraine and expected diversive acts from Ukrainian side.
