It came out that Turkish forces committed yet another savagery in Şırnak’s Cizre district following the savage massacre of dozens in two basements in Cudi neighborhood two days ago.
HASAKAH, ROJAVA, Syria (February 4, 2016) — On February 3 in the southeast of the city Hasakah, combatants from the People’s Defense Units (YPG) launched an offensive against occupied positions of the terrorist group Daesh (ISIS). The attack was led in the village of Elgana and its surroundings after insuring intelligence on the enemy’s preparation for a fresh assault was reported. The Defense Units who were accompanied by a unit of the Women’s Defense Units (YPJ) heavily struck the terrorists’ fighting positions, there was no immediate word on the casualties of the terrorists. ŞIRNEX – At least six citizens have been wounded as Turkish state forces attacked the Şah neighborhood in the town of Cizre with mortars today.

Turkish state forces are implementing an all-out media blackout across the town of Cizre in the wake of yesterday’s offensive by Turkish forces on two buildings where wounded people had taken shelter and were trapped as a result of artillery attacks over a sixteen day siege. At least 60 Kurds – men, women and childrem – are known to have lost their lives. Most of those inside the building had been sheltering in the basement. The Turkish Government claimed all the occupants were members of the proscribed PKK. A local political leader has stated that the attack had all the hallmarks of a military-Ergenekon (‘deep state’) alliance, as part of the Government offensive against the Kurds. Non c’è fine alla violenza dell’esercito turco nella città di Cizre, nella provincia di Sirnak, che dal 14 dicembre vive un coprifuoco di 24 ore ininterrotto. Da quella data ad oggi almeno 73 sono le persone uccise dall’esercito di Erdogan, purtroppo un numero destinato ad aumentare se si considera che le autorità turche non permetto nemmeno alle ambulanze di avvicinarsi e così anche ai volontari impedendo quindi i soccorsi ai feriti. Il personale dell’Ospedale Statale di Cizre è stato bloccato in una stanza mentre la polizia portava i corpi di persone uccise, dopo le notizie dell’assassinio di 60 persone in un seminterrato, a seguito di un’operazione da parte delle forze turche. Secondo le testimonianze, i corpi appartengono ai feriti che sarebbero stati giustiziati domenica sera nel seminterrato dove avevano trovato rifugio e attendevano da giorni di essere salvati.
