In September 2009 begin the first arrest with the pretext of the “dismantling” of the CCF, inaugurating the method of penalizing personal relations between anarchicsts and distributing arrest warrants like flyers. A tactic aimed at striking not only the CCF, but the whole of the anarchist movement. Essentially, the oppressive mechanisms will use this specific organization as a reason to attack the anarchist movement, spreding fear and insecurity within it.

Comrade Tasos Theofilou trial appellate court – Athens – Greece

The trial of anarchist-communist comrade Tasos Theofilou at the 3 member
appellate court, was postponed till November 7th 2014 because the four
cops-prosecution witnesses did not appear.

It is the ones who had arrested Tasos Theofilou in Keramikos, in August 2012.
In the end the court sentenced T.Theofilou to a year for “resisting
arrest” and six months for contempt.

Text by A.Theofilou concerning the trial which will begin on June 10th at the 3rd three-member felonies appeals court (Loukareos street) in Athens.

In September 2009 begin the first arrests with the pretext of the “dismantling” of the CCF, inaugurating the method of penalizing personal relations between anarchists and distributing arrest warrants like flyers. A tactic aimed at hurting not only the CCF, but the whole of the anarchist movement. Essentially, the oppressive mechanisms will use this specific organization as a reason to attack the anarchist movement spreading fear and insecurity in its interior.

The following text is a presentation of what followed the incident with and also some general thoughts surrounding the institution of incarceration and how we stand across it as anarchists. Our desire was for it to come out earlier, but our transfer to another wing, the beating of Giannis by the CCF and various other prison matters delayed it.
