Udienza 67. Nell’udienza si è parlato di ammettere i vertici dell’antiterrorismo che non hanno già testimoniato nel caso della CCF.

Udienza 69. E’ stata sentite una poliziotta della caserma di Kallithea che è stata testimone dell’accusa per un altro degli imputati che non ha relazioni con la CCF. E’ stato dimostrato che la sua testimonianza era falsa e basata sulla sua fantasia. L’accusa ha parlato in merito alla questione di presentare i vertici dell’antiterrorismo dicendo che la loro presenza non ha nulla di speciale da offrire visto che i membri della CCF hanno rivendicato la propria partecipazione e hanno dichiarato che non hanno interesse per l’aspetto legale. Al contrario, ha aggiunto, il resto degli accusati non ha chiarito la propria posizione. Hanno risposto che chiariranno le proprie posizioni durante le dichiarazioni.

Ovviamente non siamo avvocati, tantomeno individui cosi come altri accusati implicati nel caso della CCF che non sono nostri compagni e non condividono i nostri stessi valori, ma ciò non significa che non parleranno o difenderanno la nostra organizzazione. Inoltre, i trucchi comunicativi dell’antiterrorismo e dei giudici sono ben noti.
Producete migliaia di pagine di inutili informative al fine di creare un mega calderone che vi torni utile, dalla guerriglia urbana anarchica ad individualità irrilevanti.
E se lasciassimo questo metodo senza risposta, un accumulo di sconfitta verrebbe creato e faciliterebbe l’oppressione per colpire domani i veri compagni solidali.
Ecco perché tramite la lettura dettagliata e analitica dei documenti, sarà dimostrato che le tesi dell’antiterrorismo sono state create per tentare di includere individui irrilevanti nel gruppo anarchico della Cospirazione delle Cellule di Fuoco”.

Η δίκη ξεκίνησε με την τοποθέτηση των συντρόφων της Συνωμοσίας. Παίρνοντας τον λόγο δήλωσαν ότι απαιτούν την ανάγνωση των εγγράφων της αντιτρομοκρατικής αναλυτικά, λέξη- λέξη, κόμμα- κόμμα. Ανάμεσα στα άλλα είπαν: « Είναι σαφές ότι εκτός από την ανάληψη ευθύνης που έχουμε πραγματοποιήσει όλοι οι σύντροφοι της Συνωμοσίας, οι διωκτικές και ανακριτικές αρχές έχουν ελάχιστα στοιχεία εις βάρος μας. Παρόλα αυτά δεν αναζητούμε ελαφρυντικά ή τον εύκολο δρόμο των νομικών ικεσιών. Σε αντίθεση με τους αντιπάλους μας όπως οι πρόσφατα συλληφθέντες χρυσαυγίτες, εμείς έχουμε την δύναμη να αναλαμβάνουμε και να υπερασπιζόμαστε τις ιδέες και τις πράξεις μας. Για εμάς η ανάληψη ευθύνης είναι μια πράξη πολέμου σε συνθήκες αιχμαλωσίας. Όμως δεν θέλουμε σε καμία περίπτωση η στάση μας και η εχθρική αδιαφορία που επιδεικνύουμε στους νόμους σας να ανοίξει την πίσω πόρτα της διευκόλυνσης της αντιτρομοκρατικής να συλλαμβάνει και να προφυλακίζει άσχετα άτομα όπως τους άλλους κατηγορούμενους που βρίσκονται σήμερα στο δικαστήριο.
Σίγουρα δεν είμαστε δικηγόροι υπεράσπισης κανενός, πόσο μάλλον ατόμων όπως οι άλλοι κατηγορούμενοι που διώκονται για την Σ.Π.Φ. καθώς ούτε είναι σύντροφοι ούτε μοιραζόμαστε τις ίδιες αξίες, όμως αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν θα μιλήσουμε ή δεν θα υπερασπιστούμε την τιμή και την ιστορία της οργάνωσής μας. Άλλωστε είναι γνωστά τα επικοινωνιακά τρικ της αντιτρομοκρατικής και των δικαστικών αρχών. Παράγετε χιλιάδες σελίδες άχρηστων πληροφοριών για να κατασκευάσετε μια θεαματική υπερπαραγωγή που χωράει τους πάντες μέσα, από αναρχικούς αντάρτες πόλης μέχρι άσχετα άτομα.
Κι αν σήμερα αφήσουμε αυτή τη μεθόδευση αναπάντητη, δημιουργείται μια παρακαταθήκη ήττας που διευκολύνει την καταστολή για να χτυπήσει αύριο τους πραγματικά αλληλέγγυους συντρόφους.
Για αυτό μέσα από την λεπτομερή και αναλυτική ανάγνωση των εγγράφων θα αποδειχθεί η φτήνια των επιχειρημάτων της αντιτρομοκρατικής στην προσπάθεια σύνδεσης άσχετων ατόμων με την αναρχική ομάδα της Συνωμοσίας Πυρήνων της Φωτιάς.»
Η δίκη συνεχίστηκε με την ανάγνωση των εγγράφων για την έφοδο της αντιτρομοκρατικής στο σπίτι της Καλλιθέας.
73η συνεδρία
Η συνεδρίαση ξεκίνησε με καθυστέρηση και ολοκληρώθηκε με την ανάγνωση εγγράφων για τα κατασχεμένα ευρήματα σε σπίτι στην Καλλιθέα. Αυτά που είχαν βρεθεί ήταν ρουχισμός, μια πλαστή ταυτότητα, εγχειρίδια όπλων και εκρηκτικών και αναρχικά βιβλία. Στο σπίτι αυτό κατά την έφοδο των μπάτσων δεν είχε συλληφθεί κανείς καθώς τα άτομα που το χρησιμοποιούσαν είχαν αντιληφθεί τις κινήσεις της αντιτρομοκρατικής και το είχαν εγκαταλείψει έγκαιρα.
71η συνεδρία
Ακυρώθηκε η κατάθεση δύο αστυνομικών που συμμετείχαν στην ομάδα σύλληψης δύο συντρόφων της Σ.Π.Φ. Οι συγκεκριμένοι μπάτσοι έχουν καταθέσει άλλωστε και σε προηγούμενη συνεδρία.
70η συνεδρία
Στην συγκεκριμένη συνεδρία το δικαστήριο έκρινε ότι δεν χρειάζεται να προσέλθουν ως μάρτυρες οι διοικητές της Αντιτρομοκρατικής, καθώς ήδη έχουν καταθέσει πολλά στελέχη της αντιτρομοκρατικής στο προηγούμενο διάστημα.
69η συνεδρία
Σήμερα εξετάστηκε μια μπατσίνα από το αστυνομικό τμήμα της Καλλιθέας που ήταν μάρτυρας κατηγορίας για ένα άτομο από τους άλλους κατηγορούμενους που δεν έχουν σχέση με την Σ.Π.Φ. Αποδείχτηκε ότι όλη η κατάθεση της αστυνομικού ήταν πλαστή και βασισμένη στη φαντασία της.
Ο εισαγγελέας έκανε τοποθέτηση σχετικά με την παρουσία των διοικητών της αντιτρομοκρατικής λέγοντας πως η εμφάνισή τους στην δίκη δεν έχει να προσφέρει κάτι ιδιαίτερο καθώς τα μέλη της Συνωμοσίας έχουν αναλάβει την ευθύνη για την οργάνωση και έχουν δηλώσει ότι τους είναι αδιάφορο το ποινικό κομμάτι. Αντίθετα, συμπλήρωσε, οι υπόλοιποι κατηγορούμενοι δεν έχουν πάρει ξεκάθαρη θέση. Οι τελευταίοι απάντησαν ότι θα τοποθετηθούν κατά τη διάρκεια των απολογιών τους.

Η δίκη διεκόπη καθώς απουσίαζε ο εισαγγελέας του δικαστηρίου.
67η συνεδρία
Στην σημερινή συνεδρία τέθηκε ξανά το ζήτημα της παρουσίας ως μαρτύρων των διοικητών και των προϊσταμένων της αντιτρομοκρατικής που δεν έχουν καταθέσει για την υπόθεση της Συνωμοσίας Πυρήνων της Φωτιάς.
