Les policiers emportent de nombreux documents, des effets personnels, les ordinateurs et tout ce qui a trait à l’informatique, les GSM’s (téléphones portables), du matériel d’agitation, etc. Pendant les auditions, auxquelles tout le monde refuse de collaborer, il apparaît que l’enquête porte sur des luttes, révoltes et activités allant de 2008 jusqu’à aujourd’hui notamment contre les prisons, la construction du nouveau centre fermé de Steenokkerzeel, les transports en commun (STIB), les institutions européennes et les eurocrates, la construction d’un RER à Bruxelles, l’OTAN, la machine à expulser, les huissiers et la construction d’une maxi-prison à Bruxelles. Sont aussi épinglées des publications telles que Hors-service ou encore plus généralement des écrits, affiches, etc. diffusés par des anarchistes et anti-autoritaires.
Vers 13h, tout le monde est relâché sans avoir eu à comparaître devant la juge d’instruction.
Face à ces accusations de terrorisme et à leur lot d’intimidations et de harcèlements, il n’y a pas à abandonner les idées et les actes visant la destruction de toute autorité et la joie que procure cette bataille.
Continuons à lutter pour la liberté, à abattre ce monde mortifère qui opprime et exploite.

Bruxelles: operazione “ceneri” – perquisizioni ai danni di alcuni compagni
I poliziotti hanno portato via numerosi documenti, effetti personali, i computer e ogni supporto informatico, i cellulari, del materiale di propaganda, etc. Dagli interrogatori, ai quali tutti hanno rifiutato di rispondere, sembra che l’inchiesta porti su lotte, rivolte ed attività che vanno dal 2008 ad oggi, in particolare contro le prigioni, la costruzione del nuovo CIE di Steenokkerzeel, i trasporti pubblici (STIB), le istituzioni ed i burocrati europei, la costruzione di un treno regionale a Bruxelles, la NATO, la macchina delle espulsioni, gli ufficiali giudiziari e la costruzione di una nuova mega-prigione a Bruxelles. Vengono anche messe sotto sigilli delle pubblicazioni, come Hors-service e, più in generale, scritti, manifesti etc. diffusi da anarchici ed anti-autoritari.
Verso le 13, tutti vengono rilasciati senza aver dovuto comparire davanti al giudice istruttore.
Di fronte a queste accuse di terrorismo e al loro contorno di intimidazioni e molestie, non dobbiamo abbandonare le idee e gli atti che mirano a distruggere ogni autorità e la gioia che ci procura questa battaglia.
Continuiamo a lottare per la libertà, ad abbattere questo mondo mortifero che opprime e sfrutta.

Brussels: Cops storm houses of comrades as well as Acrata anarchist library
The cops confiscated loads of documents, personal items, computers, mobile phones, propaganda materials etc. During the interrogations, where all arrestees refused to cooperate, it was shown that the investigation has to do with struggles, insurrections and activities from 2008 up to now, and especially against the prisons, against the construction of the new immigrant and refugee concentration centre Steenokkerzeel, against the activities of STB (transport company in Brussels), against the european institutions and the eurocrats, against the construction of a super speed RER trains, against NATO, against the deportation mechanisms, against the juridical curators and the construction of a gigantic prison in Brussels. The investigation is also dealing with publications such as the anarchist newspaper Hors-Service, but also more texts and posters which are beingdistributed by the anarchists and anti-authoritarians.
Around 1pm, all arrestees were released, with no need however for them to appear before the interrogator.
Against the charges for terrorism, their intimidations harassments, we must not abandon the ideas and the acts which aim at the destruction of every form of authority and the joy given by such a battle.
We continue to fight for freedom, for the shattering of this deadly world of oppression and exploitation.

La policía se llevó numerosos documentos, efectos personales, los ordenadores y todo lo relacionado con la informárica, los móviles, el material de agitación, etc. Durante las declaraciones, en las que todxs se negaron a colaborar, parece que la investigación se remonta a luchas, revueltas y actividades desde 2008 hasta hoy, en especial, contra las prisiones, la construcción del nuevo centro cerrado de Steenokkerzeel, los transportes públicos (STIB), las instituciones europeas y los eurócratas, la construcción de un RER (red ferroviaria express) en Bruselas, la OTAN, la máquina de expulsión, los agentes ejecutivos y la construcción de una macroprisión en Bruselas. También están apuntando contra publicaciones como Hors-Service o, más en general, escritos, carteles, etc. difundidos por anarquistas y antiautoritarios.
Sobre las 13:00, soltaron a todo el mundo sin haber comparecido ante el juez de instrucción.
Ante estas acusaciones de terrorismo y su lote de intimidaciones y hostigamientos, no cabe abandonar las ideas y los actos que apuntan a la destrucción de toda autoridad y la alegría que produce esta batalla.
Seguimos luchando por la libertad, hasta derribar este mundo mortífero que nos oprime y explota.

Belgien – “Operation Asche”: Häuser von GenossInnen gerazzt und durchsucht
Die Polizei beschlagnahmte viele Dokumente, persönliche Sachen, Computer und alles was mit ihnen in Verbindung steht, GSM (Handys), Agitationsmaterial, etc. Im Laufe der Verhöre – bei denen alle die Zusammenarbeit verweigerten – wurde klar, dass die Untersuchung die Kämpfe, Revolten und Aktivitäten von 2008 bis heute abdeckt. Sie beinhaltet auch jene gegen Gefängnisse, den Bau einer neuen Jugendstrafanstalt in Steenokkerzeel, das Brüssler Verkehrsunternehmen (STIB/MIVB), die europäischen Institution und die Eurokraten, den Bau eines RER (“Regionales Express(bahn)netz”) in Brüssel, die NATO, die Abschiebemaschinerie, die Büttel und den Bau eines Maxigefängnisses in Brüssel. Auch Veröffentlichungen wie z. B. Hors-Service (Außer Betrieb) wurden ausgewählt und allgemeinere Texte, Plakate etc., die von AnarchistInnen und Antiautoritären verteilt wurden.
Gegen 13 Uhr wurden alle ohne richterliche Vorführung entlassen.
Im Angesicht von Terrorismusvorwürfen, ihrer massiven Einschüchterung und Schikane ist es entscheidend, dass wir uns nicht von unseren Ideen und Aktionen, die auf die Zerstörung jeglicher Autorität abzielen und der Freude dieses Kampfes abwenden.
Lasst uns unseren Kampf für Freiheit fortsetzen, um diese tödliche Welt, die unterdrückt und ausbeutet, zu Fall zu bringen.
