Anarchists, organizers of demonstration “Against the war in Ukraine” in Petrozavodsk, Russia were kidnapped and seriously injured by unknown people in masks.

On 9th of March, along with the traditional Food Not Bombs action, demonstration “Against the war in Ukraine” supposed to happen in Petrozavodsk, for a peaceful solution of tense situation there and prevention of bloodshed continuation.
On 8th of March evening, two organizers of the demo and one of their friend were attacked. Two cars arrived and a dozen strong men in masks immediately went to a fight. They were screaming “You f*cking want to give away our Crimea to Bandera people?”, “You will learn how to demonstrate, ***” and so on. After a quick but technical execution attackers got straight back into cars and drove away.
The next morning, half an our before the demo, while leaving the house after cooking for Food Not Bombs four participants of the action and the demo  were again attacked by unidentified masked men, beaten again and pushed into two cars and driven away. As it became known later they were taken to a forest, 40-45 km from the city. On the way they were told by attackers that they are going to dig their graves, all the way they were being beaten and abused. After arrival victims were taken out from the car one by one in different places(each one was followed by 3-4 masked people and after this car drove some distance), again beaten up and abused. Police batons and wrapped in polyethylene chains were used. Attackers were threatening to cripple or kill.
Meanwhile, some unknown people came to the demo with provocative signs, irrelevant to the demonstration topic, made a photo and fled away, so the breakdown of the demo was clearly planned. Participants of the event, as well as other social activists, have very reason to fear for the safety of themselves and their loved ones.

AnarchistInnen und Organisierende der Demonstration “Gegen den Krieg in der Ukraine” in Petrozavodsk (Russland) wurden entführt und schwer verletzt von unbekannten Maskierten.

Am 9. März sollte zusammen mit der traditionellen Food Not Bombs Aktion die Demonstration „Gegen den Krieg in der Ukraine“ in Petrozavodsk stattfinden. Mit dieser Veranstaltung sollte sich für eine friedliche Lösung der angespannten Lage in der Ukraine und die Verhinderung weiteren Blutvergießens ausgesprochen werden.

Am Abend des 8. März wurden zwei Organisatoren der Demo und einer ihrer Freunde angegriffen. Zwei Autos kamen und ein dutzend maskierter kräftiger Männer begannen sofort mit einer Schlägerei. Sie schrien: “Ihr Arschlöcher wollt unsere Krim den Bandera Leuten aushändigen. Ihr werdet lernen, wie demonstriert wird, ihr  ***” und so weiter. Nach einer schnellen, aber einstudierten Ausführung gingen die Angreifer schnell zu ihren Autos und fuhren davon.

Am nächsten Morgen wurden vier an der Aktion Teilnehmende abermals von unbekannten maskierten Männern angegriffen als sie das Haus nach dem Kochen für Food Not Bombs eine halbe Stunde vor der Demo verließen. Sie wurden erneut geschlagen, in zwei Autos gestoßen und weggefahren. Wie später bekannt wurde, sind sie zu einem 40-45 km von der Stadt entfernt gelegenen Wald gebracht wurden. Auf dem Weg wurde ihnen von den Angreifern gesagt, dass sie ihre Gräber graben werden. Auf der ganzen Strecke wurden sie geschlagen und misshandelt. Nach der Ankunft wurden die Opfer nacheinander aus dem Auto geholt und zu verschiedenen Plätzen gebracht.  Sie wurden von jeweils 3-4 maskierten Leuten begleitet und dahinter folgte das Auto. Sie wurden wieder zusammen geschlagen und misshandelt. Polizeiknüppel und mit Polyethylen ummantelte Ketten wurden benutzt. Die Angreifer drohten sie zu Krüppeln zu schlagen oder zu töten.

Unterdessen kamen einige unbekannte Leute mit provozierenden Schildern, irrelevant für das Thema der Demo. Sie machten ein Foto und ergriffen die Flucht. Das Scheitern der Demo war eindeutig geplant. TeilnehmerInnen der Veranstaltung, sowie andere soziale AktivistInnen hatten gute Gründe ihre eigene Sicherheit und die ihrer Lieben zu fürchten.

Anarquistas, organizadores da manifestação “Contra a guerra na Ucrânia” em Petrozavodsk foram sequestrados e seriamente feridos por pessoas desconhecidas usando máscaras.

No dia 9 de março, junto a tradicional ação Food Not Bombs [Comida Sim Bombas Não], iria acontecer a manifestação “Contra a guerra na Ucrânia” em Petrozavodsk, por uma solução pacífica à tensa situação ali e prevenção de uma continuação sangrenta.

Na tarde do dia 8 de março, dois organizadores da manifestação e um amigo foram atacados. Dois carros chegaram e uma dúzia de homens fortes usando máscaras imediatamente começaram a brigar. Eles gritavam “Vocês querem dar nossa Crimea para Bandera?”, “Vocês vão aprender como se manifestar”, e assim por diante.

Após uma ação rápida porém técnica, os agressores voltaram ao carro e foram embora.

Na manhã seguinte, meia hora antes da manifestação, enquanto deixavam a casa após cozinhar para o Food Not Bombs, quatro participantes da ação e da manifestação foram novamente atacados por homens mascarados não identificados, apanharam de novo, foram jogados em dois carros e levados.

Soube-se mais tarde que foram levados para uma floresta, a 40-45 km de distância da cidade. No caminho os agressores falaram que estavam indo cavar seus túmulos, e durante todo o percurso foram espancados e abusados.

Quando chegaram as vítimas foram levadas do carro uma por uma para diferentes lugares (cada uma foi seguida por 3 ou 4 pessoas mascaradas e o carro saiu). Novamente foram espancadas e abusadas.

Foram usados cassetetes policiais, e os agressores ameaçavam mutilar ou matar.

Enquanto isso, uma pessoa desconhecida foi à manifestação com placas provocativas, sem relação com o tema da manifestação, tirou uma foto e fugiu, então o colapso da manifestação foi claramente planejado. Participantes do evento, assim como outros ativistas sociais, tem muita razão em temer por sua segurança e de suas pessoas amadas.
