No-Penokee-Mine-on-Cloth-616x1024

The 2015 Earth First! Journal Art Auction ends tomorrow at midnight. This year’s fundraiser includes patches, photos, digital prints and more from radical grassroots activists around the country.

Some featured items:

“No Penokee Mine” by Susan Simensky.

Currently, Winsconsin’s sacred Penokee Hills are no longer being threatened by GTAC, the company planning to build the mine. And this is thanks to Earth activists on the ground. One of these activists is Krow, who was recently released from jail after serving eight months for actions against the mining project. This 20″ x 31″ silkscreen on cloth, commemorating this resistance and showing your opposition to mining in Wisconsin, starts at $30.
