Submisson call out for new issue of Storming Heaven

Since the first night of Ferguson Solidarity protests in November of last year, Seattle and Olympia have seen an upswing in antagonistic activity. Marches, publications, graffiti, actions and a general sentiment of revolt has grown. The attempt at chronicling this time frame is not to imply an end, but to give context for the future. And to try and capture some of the beauty and horror and everything in between that is the reality of living a life in conflict with the state.

Storming Heaven

  • It is the aim of the editors for this paper to serve as a clearing house for essays and articles pertaining to current events in Seattle and the greater Pacific Northwest area that resonate within an insurrectionary-anarchist analysis of domination, patriarchy, civilization, the state and capitalism. It is not our aim to merely “become the media,” because the media is the mouth of the cops and the capitalists and we wish to see it utterly destroyed as an apparatus of state power. More so, we wish to give space to comrades in the struggle against the existent to voice analysis, critique and updates on ongoing struggles.
