Según la prensa y la policía griega, el 21 de febrero del 2016 cerca de las 13:45 hrs una mujer habría abordado un helicóptero como parte de un viaje aéreo.
En pleno vuelo, esta consigue sacar un arma obligando al piloto a cambiar el rumbo de la nave. El piloto se resiste forcejeando con la mujer quien percuta dos tiros para intimidarlo. El Helicóptero pierde control y altura aterrizando de emergencia.
Una vez en tierra, la mujer consigue escapar dejando una peluca y el arma en el lugar.

Oggi si è tenuta al Tribunale di Torino l’udienza del processo contro Erika, Luigi, Marco, Toshi e Paolo accusati di resistenza a pubblico ufficiale per essersi opposti a una retata nel febbraio dello scorso anno. In mattinata si sono susseguite la requisitoria del Pubblico Ministero e l’arringa della difesa, le richieste di condanna sono rispettivamente di: 7 mesi, 9 mesi, 11 mesi, 3 anni e 2 mesi, 3 anni e 3 mesi. Le differenze di richieste non si riferiscono tanto alle diverse responsabilità nei fatti contestati, quanto piuttosto alle differenti valutazioni di pericolosità che il P.M. ha voluto sottolineare.
La prossima udienza è fissata per l’8 marzo, per le eventuali repliche e la sentenza.
