Greece : Letter from anarchist comrades arrested in Velvedo Kozani concerning their trial which begins on 29/11/13 (en/it/fr)
The 29th of November has been set as our court date for the double robbery in Velvedo Kozani. The trial will take place in the female section of Koridallos prisons and not -as it was first announced to us- at the Appellate on Loukareos street. The courtroom, this sacred brothel of justice, was always the space where the ruling class -authority- had to prove its dominance against the “illegals” of this state.

Il direttore della filiale Agrotiki bank (oggi filiale Pireus), un dentista che gli autori della rapina trovarono lungo la strada verso Veria e che portarono con loro, e un pensionato della compagnia nazionale elettrica che è stato testimone oculare della seconda rapina alle Poste (ELTA) di Velventòs.

Para el día 29 de noviembre se ha fijado la fecha de nuestro juicio por el doble atraco en Velvedo, Kozani. El juicio tendrá lugar en la sección femenina de las cárceles de Koridallos, no como se nos fue anunciado, en la Corte de Apelaciones en la calle Loukareos. La sala del tribunal, este sagrado burdel de la justicia, siempre fue el espacio donde la clase dominante y la autoridad han demostrado su dominio contra los “ilegales” de este Estado.

A chronological presentation of the case
On Friday February 1, 2013, a double robbery took place at the local branch of the Agricultural Bank of Greece and the Hellenic Post office in Velvento, Kozani, Greece. Following a mass police mobilization in the whole area, one person was detained in the surroundings of Ptolemaida, and three more were arrested later on during a police chase operation.

Il seguente testo è una presentazione di ciò che è seguito dopo l’incidente e anche alcuni pensieri generali riguardo all’istituzione del carcere e a come ci rapportiamo ad esso in quanto anarchici. Il nostro desiderio era di farlo prima, ma il nostro trasferimento in un altro padiglione, il pestaggio di Yannis Naxakis da parte della CCF e altre questioni carcerarie lo hanno rallentato.
