Joseph Konopka is an individual in America who is currently serving 13 years in prison for 2 felony acts of conspiracy to commit acts of terror. He was also charged with 6 felony counts of arson and vandalism, as well as trespassing, and sentenced to an additional 10 years. However, these charges were later dropped on a federal appeal. Konopka was arrested in 2002, by Chicago Police after he was caught hoarding potassium cyanide and sodium cyanide in an unused Chicago Transit Authority storeroom in the Chicago ‘L’ Blue Line subway. Konopka had picked the locks on several doors and disused rooms in the tunnels. Konopka had formed the group ‘Realm of Ch@os’ who were responsible for 28 power failures and 20 other service interruptions at various Wisconsin power plants.

I was exiled from Kocaeli No 1 F Type prison on 05.02.2016 and taken to Silivri prison by force.
Our VEGAN ALIMENTATION RIGHT, which we have obtained through hunger strike in Kocaeli No:1 F Type Prison is totally usurped and destroyed in Silivri No:6 L Type Prison, which I have been exiled=transferred to. The aim of this exile=transfer was to practice the violation of right in Silivri No:6 L Type Prison. This planned scheme is put into action in this prison.

Fabio Dusco is detained in solitary confinement following his abduction from Korydallos prison by riot police. He begun a hunger-strike last week to protest his subsequent detention in two separate facilities and to demand his transfer back to Korydallos. So far, no reports regarding the status of his health have been published which is worrying considering the hunger strike has lasted 10 days. The following letter in solidarity is co-signed by political prisoners detained in the underground cells of Korydallos prison.

Letter from Thomas Meyer-Falk, a comrade who has been imprisoned in Germany since 1996 for bank robbery to fund political struggles.
In 1933 the Nazis passed the Law against Dangerous Habitual Criminals, allowing the courts to indefinitely imprison “habitual criminals” if they consider the person to be dangerous to society: so since 1933 the state can keep people in prison after their regular sentence has finished. In the 50s, the High Court of GDR (East Germany) declared that the law had to be overruled, because it was a “Nazi concept”, but such doubts never existed in West Germany; the Federal Constitutional Court has always accepted PD (Preventative Detention).
