El pueblo Nasa es uno de los más de 100 pueblos originarios que milenariamente han habitado armoniosamente con la naturaleza en esta pequeña masa continental, llamada posteriormente como Colombia. Su lengua, el Nasa Yuwe, sigue vigente en las personas adultas de la comunidad; algunas jóvenes también lo entienden y hablan, sin embargo, se ha ido olvidando significativamente –a lo que nos referiremos más adelante-.

While in the last few weeks hundreds of cops besieged Rigaer Strasse, harassed people and broke into homes and collective spaces, the responsible bureaucrats met in Berlin together with representatives of the arms industry, delegates of various torturers from different countries and political actors from the entire European area to discuss how these and other repressions could generate more profit.

WALLMAPU/Arauco: Marcha por demandas ancestrales
Más de trescientas personas de lof en resistencia, entre ellos familias completas, niños, jóvenes, adultos y comunidades de diversos puntos del Wallmapu, se movilizaron ayer lunes 29 de Febrero en Cañete exigiendo libertad inmediata de todos los presos políticos mapuche, la desmilitarización y la devolución total del territorio ancestral, demandas ya instaladas que no han sido escuchadas por el gobierno neoliberal de Bachelet, solo se han atendido las exigencias del gran capital transnacional, que instrumentaliza al gremio de los camioneros y a la burocracia sindical como voceros de sus intereses económicos y así justificar la creciente invasión en el Wallmapu.

Update about comrade Yorsh, kidnapped and framed as a drug-dealer (Mexico)

On the night of Wednesday, February 24, Jorge Emilio Muñoz Esquivel, George or “Yorsh” was arrested outside the university campus in Mexico City. Then he was accused of drug dealing by the Attorney General of the Republic (PGR). The official version was repeated ad nauseam by all government media (starting with La Jornada and ending the UNAM’s own dean’s office). When Jorge briefly left university campus that night to accompany some friends who were leaving, he was not carrying anything: no backpack, probably no sweater or jacket, because he planned to return quickly. The so-called “load” of drugs the PGR charged him with, either never existed or was planted on him on the way to their offices after being kidnapped.
