Thirteen antifascists in Stockholm, Sweden, have been served with prison sentences after riots connected to a protest in Kungsan against a Swedish nazi party during the elections in 2014. On the day over 12 000 people had gathered in Kungsan for the antifascist protests and when the police tried to disperse the crowd using pepperspray and batons, a lot of people stood their ground in attempt to hold the police back. In the aftermath the swedish security police, SÄPO, singled out 15 people who they claimed to be active in the antifascist movement. 13 where sentenced to prison and will now have to face over €35 000 in fines, damages and trial costs. Včera uplynul rok od zahájení policejní operace Fénix, která se zaměřila mimo jiné i na komunitní centrum Ateneo. Rozhodli jsme se proto symbolicky připomenout tuto událost a vyjádřit solidaritu se stíhanými anarchisty.

On the 27th of April Lukasz Bukowski, a participant of Anarchist Federation Poznan, Poland, went to prison for three months. He had been charged and sentenced with the breach of bodily integrity of a police officer which had happened during the eviction blockade of a disabled woman and her husband, Katrzyna and Ryszard Jencz, from a tenement house in Poznan, Poland. Lukasz refused to pay the fine, which then was changed to community work and then to a prison term. He appeared at a prison in Poznan where he will spend the next three months.
