Comrade Swaroopa (Jyoti) became a leader of a guerilla squad overcoming all kinds of hindrances in this patriarchal society. In 1991, there were not many women commanders in the party and she was the first woman commander in North Telangana region. Naturally she had to vigorously train herself in both theory and practice to achieve this feat. More than that, her initiative was highly admirable. She has given inspiration to many budding woman comrades. In fact she had become a role model- “I should one day become a Jyotakka” was the aspiration in the hearts of many women comrades who joined the party then. La concezione moderna della polizia, per quanto strano possa sembrare, è tale proprio perché regge un significato restrittivo, cioè si chiude all’interno della pubblica sicurezza, della sicurezza dei cittadini. Oggi si parla di polizia proprio perché è diventato possibile staccare un’attività politica di natura differente, cioè come organizzazione del potere statale in senso più ampio e sufficientemente astratto. Non è senza interesse guardare all’evolversi di questa distinzione, anche perché essa potrebbe avere ormai fatto il suo tempo e si potrebbero ripresentare, come di fatto si annunciano, tentativi di accorpamento tra le due attività di potere. In 1979, four Australian anarchist and “libertarian socialist” organizations published a tract called You Can’t Blow Up a Social Relationship, presumptuously subtitled “The Anarchist Case Against Terrorism” — as if theirs was the only case against it and there was no case for it. The pamphlet has been reprinted and distributed by North American anarchist groups, usually workerists, and by default appears to enjoy some currency as a credible critique of terrorism canonical for anarchists. La questione ambientale si è da tempo dislocata su tre (o forse quattro) livelli di mobilitazione strategica messi in atto dal potere. 1) Innanzitutto di quale ecosistema andiamo parlando? O meglio, posto che la strategia all’opera nell’emergenza ambientale riguarda una divisione spaziale che regolerà l’accesso gerarchizzato alla merce-natura,(1) a quale merce-natura ci dovremmo riferire? Soffermarsi sull’apporto distruttivo che le nocività hanno arrecato all’ecosistema primigenio, significa andarsi a cristallizzare su un aspetto che non esaurisce certo il problema; anzi, da quest’angolazione è il problema stesso a mostrarsi esaurito. Gli scenari che ospitano gli investimenti strategici (finanziari/spettacolari) quantitativamente e qualitativamente più rilevante sono lì a dimostrare che l’ecosistema primigenio non ha più un ruolo determinante nel gioco.
