Se a vederle siamo, e siamo stati, in pochi oppure no. Discutere o suggerire non è più il nostro compito, sarebbe come mettere un cappello alla fantasia.

Prefazione

Il testo che qui pubblichiamo è la sbobinatura di una conferenza sul carcere – tenutasi nel marzo 1993 presso il Laboratorio anarchico di via Paglietta a Bologna – già pubblicata nel libro Affinità e organizzazione informale delle Edizioni Anarchismo. Tale conferenza viene qui ripresentata con poche correzioni dell’autore e una sua Nota introduttiva scritta nel carcere di Rebibbia, dove attualmente [1997] si trova prigioniero insieme a molti altri anarchici.

Nuove svolte del capitalismo

Introduzione alla seconda edizione

Oggi, al momento di dare alle stampe la seconda edizione di questo libretto, l’iter giudiziario del cosiddetto “processo Marini” si è definitivamente concluso. Molte le condanne, anche pesantissime, moltissime le assoluzioni. Il teorema dell’accusa – banda armata per tutti denominata ORAI (nome di fantasia inventato dai carabinieri dei ROS) – non è passato.

Chi scrive queste righe, con sentenza definitiva del febbraio 2004, è stato condannato a 6 anni e sta proprio in questi giorni finendo di scontare gli ultimi mesi di pena.

La storia della “montatura Marini” nel suo insieme deve essere ancora scritta, come l’esatto ruolo della pseudo-pentita Mojdeh Namsetchi non è ancora del tutto chiaro.

Breve nota introduttiva

Nato come conferenza di propaganda, questo libretto viene, nella seconda edizione italiana, restituito alla sua originaria agilità.

Per molti aspetti teorici il testo tiene presente e riassume l’ampia trattazione sviluppata ne Il mutuo appoggio, ma lo scopo qui è diverso, tende a dimostrare l’insana follia dello Stato, il suo progetto mortale con cui avvinghia e stritola qualsiasi iniziativa di base, qualsiasi organizzazione che non lo affronta risolutamente e tiene lontane le sue proposte di perfezionamento razionalizzante.

La mia Introduzione, (pp. 5-23 alla prima edizione del 1981) non è qui inserita, per non appesantire la fruizione diretta dell’opuscolo. La pubblicherò nella raccolta dei miei scritti dedicati a Kropotkin, in corso di approntamento.

No one can understand what is happening in the land of Palestine, not even those who have followed the bloody course of events involving the people who have lived there for so long. They face each other with hatred and suspicion, not just men and women, children and old people, but the very dust of the roads and the mud that covers them on rainy days, the asphyxiating heat and the stench of the sultriness.
There is no prospect of peace in sight. The ideal solution, at least as far as all those who have the freedom of peoples at heart can see, would be generalised insurrection. In other words, an intifada starting from the Israeli people, that is capable of destroying the institutions that govern them and of proposing peace based on collaboration and mutual respect with the Palestinian people directly, without intermediaries. But for the time being this perspective is only a dream. We must prepare for the worst.

The road ahead of the proletariat is blocked: the reformist parties, trade unions and employers have coalesced to obstruct any growth in the level of the struggle, or any conquests that could lead to a revolutionary transformation of production relations.
The proletariat have only one alternative: that of building communism directly, passing over the counterrevolutionary bureaucratic structures. In order to do this we must provide analyses of and realise in practice, elements organised by the base at the level of production: autonomous workers’ nuclei.
These nuclei must not, in our opinion, be confused with the company, the factory, etc., but their concept must extend to a global vision of factory, living area, school and land.

Estructuras de masas, los núcleos de base autónomos son el elemento que enlaza la organización anarquista informal a las luchas sociales.
El núcleo de base autónomo no es una forma de lucha enteramente nueva. Se han hecho intentos de desarrollar estas estructuras en Italia durante los pasados diez años. Los más notables de estos han sido el Movimiento Autónomo de los Trabajadores del Ferrocarril de Turín, y las ligas autogestionadas contra la base de misiles crucero en Comiso.
Nosotros creemos que la lucha revolucionaria es, sin duda, una lucha de masas. Por tanto, vemos la necesidad de construir estructuras capaces de organizar tantos grupos de explotados como sea posible.
