Heavy rains in the lower plains of the muddy Missouri river valley are washing out roads and flooding the low bases of the bluffs. All month long we’ve helped the work along by further weakening multiple spots of the BNSF tracks heavily traveled by southbound coal trains. Our reward came quicker than expected when reports of 31 coal cars derailed in a stretch of the Mace Creek region of northwest Missouri. BNSF spokespeople have said part of the track was removed and will impact rail traffic for days. This is not enough.

Support Needed for Anarchist Facing Federal Trial

Eric G. King, a 28-year-old vegan anarchist, was arrested and charged with an attempted firebombing of a government official’s office in Kansas City, MO in September 2014. Eric is being charged with throwing a hammer through a window of the building, followed by two lit Molotov cocktails. The criminal complaint states that both alleged incendiary devices failed to ignite. Scheduled to go to trial in July 2015, he is facing up to 30 years in federal prison.

USA:LETTERA DI ERIC G. KING – ANARCHICO ACCUSATO DI TERRORISMO DAL GOVERNO
Eric G. King è un anarchico vegano arrestato l’11 settembre 2014 ed accusato di un fallito attentato incendiario contro l’ufficio di un un deputato a Kansas City. Due bottiglie incendiarie erano state lanciate attraverso una finestra rotta a martellate, ma le fiamme non sono divampate.
Eric è stato identificato come sospetto dalla polizia locale perché precedentemente finito sotto osservazione per dei graffiti contro la polizia ed il governo.
Rischia fino a 30 anni di carcere

We’ve finished the latest version of the NYC ABC “Illustrated Guide to Political Prisoners and Prisoners of War” and it’s available for viewing (and download) by clicking on the tab at the top of this page. This update includes updated mini-bios, photos, and address changes for several prisoners as well as removing Joel Bitar (TIME SERVED!) and Jason Sutherlin (TIME SERVED!). Unfortunately, this version also includes the addition of Eric King, an anarchist awaiting trial for alleged politically motivated property destruction in Kansas City.
