The legislation for the prisons creates the greek Guantanamo.
Those incarcerated in these special kinds of the prisons:
-Are deprived of all rights the other prisoners have (days of leave, probation etc.)
-Have their visitation rights and phone calls minimized (almost eliminated).
-Remain locked in their cells for up to 23 hours a day.
A special police force comes into these prisons with classified duties and authorities.

Quattro anni fa, il respiro di un grande combattente si è fermato, il mio compagno di Lotta Rivoluzionaria, Lambros Foundas. E’ stato ucciso durante una sparatoria, quando i membri dell’organizzazione stavano cercando di rubare un veicolo a Dafni (Atene).

Athens: Written declaration to the court by Kostas Gournas, member of Revolutionary Struggle – October 24th, 2011 (en/es/gr/it)
In April 2010, in a joint letter with my comrades Pola Roupa and Nikos Maziotis, we claimed political responsibilityfor our participation in Revolutionary Struggle (Epanastatikos Agonas). We declared that we’re proud of the organization and our fellow fighter Lambros Foundas, who was killed by cops in the armed scuffle of Dafni.
