John Bowden
For the past 30 years John Bowden has been at the forefront of the British prison struggle, and is by far our most prolific prisoner writer. Time and again, John’s articles have shone a searchlight into the State’s murky dungeons, exposing brutality and repression, and challenging the very nature of prison. For many years now, John has been held in jail because of his political views and his willingness to challenge injustice. Durante su detención lxs compañerxs fueron golpeadxs brutalmente por lxs operativxs de carabinerxs, rompiéndole los dientes a una de ellas, y produciendo un profundo corte en la cabeza a otro.

Jeff Luers set fire to three SUVs at a car dealership in Eugene, OR during the summer of 2000 in response to the environmental devastation that he saw occurring on a global scale. The court levied an egregious sentence to make an example out of him, to send a clear message to others who might share Jeff’s outrage and will. In 2004 Jeff was three years into his 22+ sentence. That year his support crew announced that June 11th was the International Day of Solidarity with Long-term Anarchist Prisoner Jeff “Free” Luers.

Solidarieta’ x FUORILUOGO (Bologna)
Il pomeriggio di giovedì 27 marzo sono stati lanciati due striscioni appesi a palloncini di elio nell’atrio della stazione centrale di Bologna, in solidarietà con i compagni e le compagne di Fuoriluogo sotto processo per i quali verrà emessa la sentenza di primo grado lunedì 31 marzo.
Gli striscioni recitavano “SOLIDALI COL FUORILUOGO” e “TERRORISTA E’ LO STATO”
