Una sociedad verdaderamente democrática tendría que haber creado centros de desagravio en las principales ciudades españolas y específicamente en las poblaciones más avasalladas por la dictadura: las bombardeadas, asaltadas, masacradas y expoliadas. Los centros de desagravio en ciernes, por su aspecto terapeútico, tienen como finalidad crear un equilibrio mental en las víctimas directas y heredadas del franquismo. Los centros de desagravio pueden ser muy económicos. Sobre paneles se adhieren impresos con las fotografías a tamaño natural de los principales asesinos franquistas, incluidos los papas Pío XI y Pío XII porque la religión es el aumentativo de la imaginación irresponsable. A dos metros se sitúan dos huevos y los mismos tomates por cada persona participante. Estas los lanzarían sobre los criminales. Los centros de desagravio no tendrían horario y las dianas pudieran ser cambiadas cada dos horas, dependiendo de su visibilidad por el tráfico de impactos. Bajo las siluetas habría una rejilla absorbiendo el escurrido con una corriente de agua. Hasta aquí crearíamos 500.000 puestos de trabajo pro derechos humanos.
