Flexing their muscles, so to speak, before the clash. You can see it in the slight tilt of the lips as someone blames the immigrants or the Muslims in a roomful of strangers. Who will react?

In questa società la Legge svolge molteplici funzioni: regola e indirizza il rapporto di sfruttamento su cui si basa garantendone il mantenimento; ordina le relazioni sociali e assegna a ciascuno un ruolo in funzione dei propri interessi; costituisce la principale mediazione tra tutti gli individui isolandoli gli uni dagli altri nel mentre li riunisce in rapporti giuridici.
La Legge si esercita per il tramite della violenza, senza la quale è lettera morta. La reclusione è una parte importante di questa violenza.

Criminalising the behaviour of working class children and feeding them into the Criminal Justice System is a practice that has existed for generations and is now responsible for Britain having the unenviable reputation of Europe’s worst jailer of children in terms of the numbers imprisoned.

ACTIVISM IS MY REVENGE! is a new 32 page pamphlet from Leeds Anarchist Black Cross. It is published at a time when repression is both widespread and increasing, and when resistance to that repression will inevitably lead to more and more people going to prison. Also at a time when the lengths, and depths, that the State will go to in terms of infiltrating and spying on our movement has been increasingly revealed. In the wake of this, while some are cowed or intimidated, ACTIVISM IS MY REVENGE! gives a bold ‘two fingers’ to the cops.
