Tasos Theofilou
Tasos Theofilou was arrested in Athens accused of robbing a bank in Paros Island August 18th, 2012, where a man was killed while trying to stop the robbers. He states that he is an anarchist. He has denied having anything to do with the robbery and the murder at Paros. He claims he wasnt even on the island that day. He is also accused of being part of the organization “Conspiracy Cells of Fire” and of carrying ot terrorist actions. ALL CHARGES ARE BASED SOLELY ON THE DNA EVIDENCE. Dna does not give 100% safe results as it has been pointed out by scientists. His lawyer, Spiros Fitrakis, had stated since Wednesday that his client denies all charges, and also disputes the way they take the dna, through which he was identified as the perpetrator in the Paros case. It should be noted that the cooperate snitches media have already shown photos of him since the first day and have condemned him before there is even a trial.
We would like to express our solidarity to anarchist comrade Tasos Theofilou.

I have been an anarchist for well over thirty years now. For me this has never been an identity to which to cling, a label to give me a sense of belonging. It has rather been an ongoing challenge to face my life in a particular way, constantly raising the
question of what it means to reject every form of domination and exploitation in my life on a practical level. This is not a simple question with easy answers, but a problem that I have to wrestle with constantly, because I am facing a world here and
now in which domination and exploitation define social relationships, in which most individuals are dispossessed of every possibility of determining their own existence, alienated from the creative energy through which such a project could be
realized. As an anarchist, I have made a decision to reject and fight against this world.

Comunicato dei tre membri prigionieri di Lotta Rivoluzionaria riguardo agli attacchi alle ambasciate a Roma (2010)
In merito ai pacchi-bomba che sono stati inviati alle ambasciate di Cile e Svizzera a Roma il 23/12/2010, che hanno provocato il ferimento di due funzionari e la rivendicazione da parte della FAI informale – Cellula rivoluzionaria Lambros Fountas, dichiariamo quanto segue:
Come Lotta Rivoluzionaria abbiamo sempre scelto di compiere le nostre azioni con dei fini politici. Abbiamo sempre puntato contro status-quo, le istituzioni e chi le rappresenta e protegge. Abbiamo sempre organizzato le nostre azioni in questo modo, per evitare infortuni di persone che non sono i nostri bersagli politici, inoltre non abbiamo mai fatto azioni con il risultato di infortuni, ad esempio quello casuale di un ufficiale d’ambasciata, come è accaduto nel caso dei pacchi bomba.
Questo modo di agire è sempre stato fondamentale per le nostre azioni e quindi anche per il nostro compagno deceduto, e membro dell’organizzazione, Lambros Fountas. Per questo motivo chiediamo che non vengano fatte azioni di questo tipo nel nome del compagno.
